Read More Do not use this company. They lie and take your money. They are a broker. They brokered my move to an even worse company and I ended spending the most money I have ever spent on a move and received the worst service I have ever gotten. They broke my expensive items and my clothing was thrown about on the truck. My brand new Peloton looked like it was old. My 65 on tv was out the box. All for 24000.

Read More I came across this company while searching online for a company to move a 2-bedroom house within the city, short distance, in Rolla, over the weekend. In order to get fee information, I had to enter some information into the system, including my phone number. Then I handled my house move another way. Today, they have been calling me non-stop since the morning. Even though I stated that there was no need, they constantly call me and disturb me. I am complaining about this situation. I request the authorities to do what is necessary.

Read More Moved from KS to OH on 9.27.2023 PACK MEN USA was their ""go between" the quote I received from PACK MEN USA was totally inaccurate and I had to pay more money. They arrived in OHIO using a company they hired called EMPIRE to deliver the boxes and furniture, with ONE driver to deliver boxes and furniture. Driver tried to solicit people off the street to help him unload. I put in calls to Jennifer at CITA with no call backs on why delivery was so horrible. . I ended up helping with delivery on this furniture. PACK MEN states I need to file complaint with CITA. PACK MEN USA will not take responsibility for any of this horrible service. I was charged 2700.00 for a move that started at 1900.00 and I had to help with the delivery. I need some of my money back. CITY AND PACK MEN USA ARE BOTH SCAMMERS. BUYER BEWARE OF THESE COMPANIES!!

THEY PREY ON ELDERLY ADULTS AND FINANCIALLY EXPLOIT THEM DURING THE MOVE. IN ADDITION, THE PROMISED DELIVERY DATES VIA CONVERSATION (RATHER THAN CONTRACT STIPULATIONS "FINE PRINT") ARE ABSOLUTE LIES AND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS WILL BE LEFT SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR UNTIL BEDS ARRIVE.
