At the time of pickup, you added additional inventory beyond what was originally estimated. As outlined in your signed contract, this change incurred additional charges, which you acknowledged and agreed to via your signature. We routed your goods for delivery, but upon notification, you declined to pay the final balance, which is required before delivery can be completed.
We are committed to resolving this matter professionally and in accordance with the terms of your agreement. Once the outstanding balance is paid in full, we will proceed with the delivery of your items.
