Read More End table had inlaid ceramic tile which was broke. They threw the pieces away. The knobs were deliberately broken off and bent on my nearly new clothes dryer. I was told that a quick fix would be for Me to go buy replace tile AND knobs.

Not a trustful company! First they send me the quote (1.5k) and them 1 week later called me back for a discount and I accepted. They packed everything without saying anyt ... Read More Not a trustful company! First they send me the quote (1.5k) and them 1 week later called me back for a discount and I accepted. They packed everything without saying anything. When they arrive at destitution, they charged me the double because was more boxes than the quote and would not unload if I didn't pay. I said its was because 1 day before they asked me to removed everything from the dressers (19 drawers total). Even that, they Must Say That when they start the packing and not after the moving. They called the owner/manager, very rude guy. Said he would give me a discount for 500$ would send by Zella. I also did a complain that they broke my desk. Sent email and called multiples times and never heard anything back, only to send the invoice.

STAY AWAY!!! Their workers hit a sprinkler in my building ONE HAS PAID US BACK!! ALL THE FLOORING OF THE APARTMENT WAS DESTROYED. THEIR INSURANCE WONT COVER THE DAMAGES. ... Read More STAY AWAY!!! Their workers hit a sprinkler in my building ONE HAS PAID US BACK!! ALL THE FLOORING OF THE APARTMENT WAS DESTROYED. THEIR INSURANCE WONT COVER THE DAMAGES. NO ONE GIVES US AN ANSWER!! They pass from 1 insurance company, to the next, to the next! This is probably the worst company ever. Then when you call you have to get through their receptionists which all act as wannabe security guards, probably protecting the owners from all the issues they have! MY WHOLE APARTMENT WAS DESTROYED AND THEY SAY SORRY. THE GUYS IN THE PICTURES ARE THEIR EMPLOYEES! THE MOVERS!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Imagine this happens to you?! All your belongings wet, the flooring ripped out. All the flooring ripped out! and all they say is sorry!!! My building responded the day of the damage. I guess it’s the receptionist pretending to be working who is answering this post. STAY AWAY!!

Read More - Movers arrived 1.5 days late - Under estimated our house hold goods, many items wouldn’t fit in the truck. That caused us getting a storage unit 5 hrs away from our destination. - We had to disassemble many items to help speed up time. - The company broke countless items(10+) - Upon delivery, movers just dropped and left despite the assistance and assembly support we paid for. - Missing items. Overall, this was the WORST move I’ve done and I spent a career in the Army dealing with their movers. But I wish for them in this case. I didn’t even want to file an insurance claim, I just wanted that experience over…
