I'm sorry but your office took the xrays, why weren't they reviewed before my appt and advised before losing my day off having to find an oral surgeon to take me when I'm in pain. Had they reviewed it and told me last week I would have been able to have made appt with an oral surgeon than wasting my day with no help or relief!

I had no choice but to agree since they were already there, but by the end of the day, my bill was almost 40% higher than the original quote. The hidden fees felt like a complete rip-off.
