Read More Went in for extractions. When I arrive rhe dentist sees the xrays and advises he cannot do it because it is impacted. I'm sorry but your office took the xrays, why weren't they reviewed before my appt and advised before losing my day off having to find an oral surgeon to take me when I'm in pain. Had they reviewed it and told me last week I would have been able to have made appt with an oral surgeon than wasting my day with no help or relief!

Read More Made an appointment back in January 17 for Feb 13 2 pm because that’s all they had available. To my surprise I arrive early and after 35 min I asked why wasn’t I seen yet they tell me they moved my appointment to march 12 without my consent. My second issue they waited until the day off to inform me I have to call my insurance so they can assign the location as my primary dental office since January 17 not once did they inform me to do that. I asked would I been seen they couldn’t give me a straight answer I took off from work to get my teeth checked because I have two impacted wisdom tooth and was never seen. Also want to point out how rude the receptionist are and unprofessional
