Read More I had heard mixed reviews about this group, but I decided to give them a chance because their quote was fairly reasonable. Big mistake. They showed up in a truck that looked like it was falling apart—rusted sides, squeaky wheels, the works. I was nervous from the get-go. As they started loading my belongings, one of the guys was so careless that he knocked over a floor lamp in the driveway and just left it there. When I pointed it out, he muttered something under his breath and ignored me. Things got worse when they arrived at my new place and tried to cram my couch through the doorway without removing the legs. I could hear the wood scraping against the frame, and guess what? Big gouges in the door trim and the couch fabric torn. All I got was a half-hearted apology. So disappointing.
