The movers were calm and asked me how I wanted certain things packed. They brought extra padding for a few larger pieces without me even asking. Everything arrived clean and undamaged. It felt like they actually respected what they were moving.

I thought it would be a problem, but the movers coordinated perfectly and worked around every restriction. They were calm and respectful with the building staff. I watched them maneuver furniture through tight corners without bumping anything. The whole experience felt smooth from start to finish.

Read More After being burned for over $2700.00 by a previous mover, Here I am with the exact same issue : They over promise. After going over the inventory 3 times, and sending pictures, the broker Jared assured me that they all of the items would fit based on the 300 cubic square feet....Great, so I thought. The day of the move, the movers told me that all of items in the quote would put me over the square footage. I didn't add anything else, I only wanted what was in the so-called "binding contract ". Included in my qoute (and pictures) were 55 medium sized moving boxes, the dispatch Paula says "I thought they were shoe boxes, can you please send pictures". I sent all of the pictures, and screen shots of the lies Jared told, and now, neither will return my call. I want my refund of $796.12, as no services were rendered. They have both blocked me, and refuse to answer the business line. The last time I spoke with Paula, she said I would need to speak to the finance department. I have left several messages, and no one has responded. I ended up having to spend double to ship my items, because I am on a time constraint.

Nationwide Moving Solutions, LLC didn’t treat any of it like junk, they wrapped the blades, loaded it all safely, and didn’t mix my garden gear in with furniture. Everything arrived clean and organized. I appreciated that they treated my stuff with care, even the less valuable things that most people ignore.

I’ll only hire them for future moves from now on!

Paula’s communication was top-notch—she kept me updated at every stage, especially as my move was over several states. The movers were careful and respectful of my things, particularly my musical instruments, which arrived without a scratch. I never thought a long-distance move could be this easy!
