Read More I was anxious about moving my grand piano because it had been in my family for so long. When the movers assured me that they had dealt with valuable and delicate items before, I knew they meant it. They used specialist gear, padded it well, and moved it so effortlessly that I did not even perceive any bumps. Because it was in tune, it arrived at my new house as if it had never moved. Their attention to detail and depth of understanding were second to none.

Working tirelessly, they lugged boxes up three flights of stairs without grumbling. Their positivity and friendliness made the most of a potentially depressing day.

Nationwide Moving Solutions, LLC didn’t just move my stuff—they made my entire moving experience better.

They sent out a mover to quote me 3x what our move agreement was for. They did not make themselves available during this dispute, which resulted in my items not being pic ... Read More They sent out a mover to quote me 3x what our move agreement was for. They did not make themselves available during this dispute, which resulted in my items not being picked up. This led to them missing the my move deadline which forced me to move the items myself. They did not provide a reimbursement of my 10% down payment for their failure to find an appropriate mover.

The movers, David and William, arrived in uniform with smiles on their faces, despite the last-minute booking. They worked fast but never rushed—every piece of furniture was wrapped like it was going into a museum!

They showed up when they said they would and moved all of my belongings to my new place without a hitch. For all my troubles, it was the perfect solution.

I contracted with Nationwide Moving Solutions on 1/7/2025 for a move from Wisconsin to Florida. I explained all my details to them (3 different people), to include I woul ... Read More I contracted with Nationwide Moving Solutions on 1/7/2025 for a move from Wisconsin to Florida. I explained all my details to them (3 different people), to include I would be on a cruise and who to contact and I was promised a smooth move, and that I would know the pickup date and time frame 2 days prior to leaving for my vacation. The hat didn’t happen, and when I was FINALLY able to get ahold of the person (Paula) who I was supposed to be able to always contact with questions and concerns during the move, she had all the excuses ready. Covid, hospital, whole office down with COVID. She was rude and argumentative while I am paying thousands of dollars for a move. The process was I pay the deposit online via credit card at the beginning, then a check to give to the movers at pick up and a check to give to the movers upon delivery. I was never provided the name of the actual movers they contracted with and I was never told any other name and so the checks were made out to the company I contracted with. I return from the cruise and get back on the cellular network, and get 2 messages from the actual movers saying the check was made out to the wrong person and I needed to send them money online and that they are holding my property until they do. Nationwide Moving Sllutions has been very poor on communication, didn’t fulfill anywhere near they 5 star guarantee, have been rude and dismissive and frankly don’t care that you are moving all you own and thr stress that can accompany that. The dispatch supervisor (Paula) refused to provide me with her supervisors name to file a complaint about her behavior towards me and for the poor communication during the move. I now have to attempt to figure out how to get my property out of the hands of the movers. Funny that they picked up the property, having already seen the check and now are holding it hostage. They WILL NOT accept credit card for either pick up or drop off, nor will they accept full payment at the start. VERY VERY POOR EXPERIENCE.
