They took a meticulous and thorough approach to everything, and their level of experience amazed me.

I hired Nationwide Moving Solutions, LLC for a move within the same city. They were fantastic! The movers arrived exactly on time and got straight to work. They were care ... Read More I hired Nationwide Moving Solutions, LLC for a move within the same city. They were fantastic! The movers arrived exactly on time and got straight to work. They were careful with my furniture and covered my carpets to prevent any dirt from getting in. My antique coffee table was wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, and they used furniture pads for my couches. The crew was really friendly, and they helped me rearrange my furniture in my new place when I wasn’t sure where to put it. Everything was done within the estimated time frame. I will definitely use them again for my next move!

They also provided beautifully cushioned wooden crates to pack my fragile items. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Really appreciative!

Read More Horrible experience.Note that this is not a moving company, it is a broker. Meaning they find an actual moving company for you at a fee. You're better off finding a direct shipper, ask for their DOT number.Firstly, they intentionally give a low quote so you can sign up with them, then a higher charge later appears. Literally bait and switch. I sent multiple detailed pics, and accurate written descriptions of my items. Chris at Nationwide Moving Solutions down-quoted me. When the actual shipper arrived (Jackson Movers), they refused to ship my items because I was down-quoted. Of course I had paid Nationwide the non-refundable fee by this point, so they weren't bothered much. I had to take out about 60% of my stuff to avoid paying almost double the cost.

I can't speak highly enough about the quality of their service.

They started by carefully dismantling the conference room, labeling each cable and component. They even used color-coded stickers to match each desktop setup with its respective workstation at the new location. The movers took great care to protect the elevators and hallways, laying down protective materials to prevent any scuffs or damage. By the end of the day, not a single item was misplaced, and the office was set up perfectly, ready for business the next morning.

Plus, they’d also clearly labelled the boxes in bold letters which made unpacking very convenient. The delivery was on time and nothing got harmed. We were thoroughly impressed to see how carefully they handled sensitive documents and encased them in secure wooden crates. They took great care of other equipment as well. The transition was seamless and we were able to set up everything easily too. Bravo to them!
