Read More I hired Noble Moving and Storage to handle my move from New Mexico to Tennessee, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. What started as a seemingly affordable move quickly turned into a scam built on deceptive practices and zero accountability. They quoted me for 300 cubic feet without ever assessing the volume of my belongings, even though I clearly told them I had large items. Once they arrived — late, after rescheduling last minute — they tried to dramatically increase the cost, pressuring me to pay more or risk losing my shipment. My original delivery date was June 2, and as of late July, I still haven’t received my belongings. They now claim I agreed to a vague “30 business day delivery window” — a term that was never mentioned during booking and doesn’t appear on any of my documentation. I've had to spend thousands just to make my home livable without the items I already paid to have delivered. The company’s only offer is a measly $25–$35/day refund after 30 business days pass — which is nowhere near the damage they’ve caused. Communication has been evasive and inconsistent, and every attempt to resolve this has been met with vague timelines and dismissive responses. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, and will be pursuing legal action for breach of contract. Save yourself the stress, expense, and heartbreak — choose literally any other company. Noble Moving and Storage is unprofessional, deceptive, and should not be in business.

Do not use this company they completely under quoted us just to make the sale. We specifically told them we lived on a military base and they kept sending us truckers that did NOT have proper identification. We were originally quoted 2800 for our move on the 11th. Since they couldn’t enter base (2 days in a row) they FINALLY got there on the 13th!! The movers came in and within 3 minutes told us our move would actually be more than $6,000! More than DOUBLE THE PRICE OF THE QUOTE and nothing extra than what was on the invoice. Noble moving and storage is a horrible company with nasty sales tactics. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Read More Originally quoted $4515k for the move, the movers waited until most of my stuff was on the truck to tell me the truck they brought was too small, they'd have to leave out a lot of our important furniture and expensive irreplaceables, that they couldn't swap out anything they'd already loaded for thing we might need more, and that the cost would be $11900k,~2.5x the original quote. Waited nearly 2 weeks sleeping and sitting on the floor after originally requested delivery date to receive my move and my TV and coffee table were both broken, and several other pieces damaged or missing, and was given a significantly difficult and unhelpful runaround to submit a claim for my losses that I'm still unable to actually submit due to them giving me incomplete/incorrect information.
