I genuinely can't express enough gratitude for their outstanding work.

I do not recommend this company for an interstate move.

Read More There are issues with handling and storage, where they stored my items and (I suspect) subcontracted my move to another individual who was not familiar with what was packed (as evidenced by there being only one registered driver with the FMCSA). This is a reasonable explanation for why my belongings had preventable damage (such as when someone apparently used my desk as a surface to stand on - see pictures). As an aside, there were brand new items for my pet which showed signs of use by arrival - missing dog food and a now opened dog food bag with a black solo cup inside the bag, anyone? Regarding professionalism, most of the glowing reviews posted here are likely fake and purchased by the owner. The owner has had unprofessional interactions in his responses to reviews here on Google and Yelp. In summary: - They significantly damaged the walls and door at my new apartment upon delivery. - They were significantly late on delivery, which resulted in me and my family having to reassemble my own furniture (which was a service they were supposed to render). - They used my own packing supplies to “secure” furnishings after charging more than a hundred dollars to use their own supplies. - Numerous items were broken or missing upon arrival. Edit: Overall, most items were delivered (including the most valuable ones) and it was done relatively timely. The individuals who picked up the shipment were polite. It's categorically false that they assembled my furniture - me and my family did (such false claims are why this review will remain one star). It is true this review is delayed and I am not going through with the reimbursement process. This is because there is less than $1/pound of reimbursement for damaged or missing objects with the basic insurance plan. If you happen upon Panthers through a moving broker, try to speak with Panthers in advance so you can get a more "premium" insurance plan. I was unable to because I found out Panthers was doing the move ~72 hours prior to my move.

Read More Would offer a word of warning to anyone considering using Panthers for any type of move. They moved us from NM to FL August 28th, 2019. We packed all our boxed and the blanket wrapped all the furniture. Our load was off-loaded in Austin and put on another truck. When it was delivered on September 13th the damage was unbelievable. The driver was so taken aback that he took photos of every thing that was damaged before it left the truck. I had called Mr. Levine, the owner of Panthers Moving and Storage on the 13th to tell him what we were seeing as it was off-loaded. I then sent him all the documents and photos on two separate occasions. I went through the MovingClaims.net site, the company Mr. Levine has his "Insurance" through, which asked for the paper work three separate time. Bottom line is: I had $2500-$3000 worth of damage. Moving Claims and Panthers offered $93.00 as settlement. While I will not tell anyone not to use Panthers Moving and Storage, I will suggest you think twice about it. - Scot Scurlock (I have attached just photo of damaged items. Mr. Levine has had these for 6 months.)

Unprofessional - Beware!

Read More This was by far the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. First, it is important to know that when you hire Concorde Van Lines you are not actually hiring them. I was quoted $3,700 for the move. I paid them the required deposit thinking this was the company that would be moving me. I received a call 2 days before the move from another company, Panthers Moving, stating they would be the actual company moving me. This was never once mentioned or brought to my attention when paying the deposit. A couple days before my move, I received a call where my quote was drastically increased. The day of the move, 3 movers showed up to my house. The main mover took pictures of my belongings, sent them to his boss, and increased my cost over $900 on the spot. I had to be out of my house that day, and they knew that, which clearly is why they felt they could do this. Though I was originally quoted (and signed a contract for!) $3,700, the move ended up costing me over $6,000. When they left my house they left behind trash and did not clean up after themselves. I then called to ask them to hold my stuff longer as my move in date was pushed back (30 days of free storage are included in the move). Though they told me they would, the stuff arrived day do. Luckily, my brother was able to be present for the move in. They refused to unload the truck until my brother paid them $75 cash because I lived on the second floor. The contract with Concorde Van Lines states a flight of stairs in included; however, the contract for Panthers Moving says a flight of stairs is only 8 stairs and they quite literally refused to unload my truck until my brother drove to an ATM and gave them cash. During this time I repeatedly called both companies to no avail. I should mention I also reached out to Concorde Van Lines multiple times about how unhappy I was about them sending another company and the cost being raised and never heard back from them. They then refused to setup my washer and dryer, though that setup was also included in the cost, and stated they couldn’t reassemble my kids’ bunkbeds because they lost pieces in transit. They still do not have complete beds because of this. The cost of reassembling the bed was also supposed to be included in the cost. Upon returning home, I noticed numerous storage bins were broken, my children’s’ $200 doll house was in pieces and stuffed into a container that previously held baking sheets, the baking sheets disappeared altogether, a tall decorative glass vase was also broken, and our DVD shelf never arrived. In addition to this, a lot of shelving is scratched beyond repair. I tried reaching out to both companies and have received no response concerning the cost of the move nearly doubling and my belongings being lost/broken. I would NEVER recommend either of these companies to anyone.

Read More I was assigned Panther by a moving company. The estimated the moving company gave me was for all my furniture, boxes and totes. When the movers got there I could only send my furniture in the allotted UFT I was designated. There was also damage done to my floor and door when they were taking the furniture out. I have yet to hear from anyone about my damages. They also tried to required me to pay for my stuff being delivered without seeing my items.

Not just that, but they ruined my dresser and bed because of their negligent behavior. Poor service.

Read More Nightmare would be the best description. They lost boxes and never really tried to locate them even though a customer said they had received boxes that did not belong to them. A piece of our furniture was sent to the west coast and we live in the mid-west. The dresser was damaged on arrival -- the repair person we have hired to repair the piece commented it had been dropped to create this level of damage. The worse part was they kept insisting their delivery inventory was correct even when our furniture and boxes were in another state. Very little concern or caring that we lost irreplaceable family heirlooms. Yes, we shouldn't have trusted them to move them, but we were assured many times that nothing would be lost. They hire subcontractors to actually drive your furniture so the driver has little accountability.
