We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the process and the delivery.
All of our clients get the same care and careful handling.
Below you will find a picture from our facility showing the items. As you can see, there were no visible damages upon departure.
There are also pictures from the delivery indicating no visible damages to your mom's goods.
We have reviewed your file and the packing was never done by us. Please understand that we do not know the content of closed boxes that were pre-packed prior to our arrival. With that said - we had reached out to your mother several times asking to begin a claims process. We were refused.
As to the delivery driver; our policy states that at least 2 team members should be present at the point of delivery. We are looking into this alleged claim and we would like the opportunity to discuss this with you when we finish our investigation.
Our goal is to make sure that all of our clients experience a positive and stress free move.
