Read More When you need transparency, this relocation company shines. They provided a digital invoice, itemized with labor costs, truck fees, and packaging supplies. The final amount matched the estimate exactly, with zero hidden charges. On the move day, they used everything from bubble wrap to furniture blankets. Each piece of furniture was strapped securely in the truck, and they had a helpful checklist to make sure nothing got left behind. At the new home, they did a quick walk-through to ensure all items were placed correctly. The entire experience felt organized and honest.

Read More These folks moved my parents. Everything went smoothly until after they picked up my parents belongings. After that communication was terrible. No way to track their belongings as promised. No delivery date, they showed up unannounced without warning. Only one person was there to unload which included furniture, which could not be done so my parents had to send them away for the safety of the driver as well as their belongings. They use contractors so apparently it wasnt even their moving company. Not at all what my parents expected. Would not recommend to anyone that cares about communication and their material possessions.

They wrapped my wooden dining table in cushioned moving sheets for extra protection. They repeatedly asked whether I had any items to move.

Read More My belongings were pickup from my home in Maryland on 4/16/25 and I am still waiting for my belongings to arrive to Louisiana. Today is 5/8/25. I've been on hold on for 6 minutes now waiting from a representative to provide updates. Very poor customer service. The last two times I called Saveway Moving Company, the representatives stated that my belongings was in a warehouse in New Jersey, waiting on a driver. Very disappointed in this company! As I end this review note, I am still on hold, waiting for someone to pick up the call.

Read More I used this company to move from Seattle to Denver, and it was the worst experience I've ever had moving. First, the group of guys that showed up at my house were probably hired from the parking lot of the local hardware store. Second, when my stuff arrived (what actually showed up) was damaged. Most of pictures and artwork was totally destroyed. You can't replace priceless works of art. Some of the paintings weren't even wrapped in anything. Yet, in other boxes, a shoe may have been overly wrapped in bubble wrap. There was no methodology in how things were packed. Thank God I brought my instrumentsin my own car because my skis were missing and so were the nostalgic collector's items. Previously when moving across the country, I used a POD. Going forward, I will either use a POD or pay a local moving company extra to move me across the country. I will NEVER use a national moving company again.

They worked quickly but mindfully – they wrapped our things thoroughly, labelled everything clearly and even checked in to make sure everything was in the right place. We cannot recommend them enough!

They wanted to know whether I needed help and if I had anything specific to bring. Everything was meticulously considered. Contact this company if you need movers; they have excellent customer service.

I expected the movers to refuse them, but they brought pots covered in towels, reinforced cardboard for the bottoms, and containers with soft dividers. Their service was breathtaking.
