Two boxes with valuable and sentimental items went missing while in their possession.Despite repeated calls, I was only sent a claim form—no explanation, no accountability. Boxes don’t just vanish. They were in your care, and I expected much more from a company with such strong reviews. I was told these situations were rare and shouldn’t be a concern. But it did happen, and now I’m left to assume the compensation won’t come close to what was lost.What’s most frustrating isn’t just the loss—it’s the lack of transparency and urgency in trying to make it right.
