They also made sure to carefully place them in cardboard boxes and crates, and later on taped them thoroughly so they wouldn’t burst open during the journey. I was ecstatic when I received them safely. Kudos to the team!

Read More I am utterly appalled by the abysmal service provided by Safeway. My recent move with them was a complete disaster from start to finish, and I feel compelled to warn others about their incompetence and unprofessionalism.The primary culprit behind this fiasco was Maria, my move coordinator. From the very beginning, her lack of communication and blatant disregard for detail set the tone for this disastrous move. Despite multiple confirmations, the movers arrived late - a full four hours behind schedule. No apologies, no explanations, just a cavalier attitude as if this was entirely normal. This delay threw off my entire day and caused significant stress and inconvenience.The packing process was equally disastrous. the movers were careless and disrespectful of my belongings. Fragile items were tossed into boxes without proper wrapping, resulting in numerous broken items. To add insult to injury, they lost several boxes altogether.Irreplaceable items are now gone because of their sheer negligence.Communication with Maria and the company was a nightmare. When I called to inquire about the missing boxes and broken items, I was met with rude, dismissive customer service representatives who clearly had no interest in resolving my issues. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered, and when I did finally get a response, it was clear they were more interested in deflecting blame than in helping me. Maria, in particular, was unhelpful and unapologetic, making an already stressful situation even worse.To top it all off, they had the audacity to charge me extra fees on top of the already inflated quote provided initially. These "unexpected" charges were never discussed beforehand and felt like a blatant attempt to exploit me in a vulnerable situation.Overall, Safeway turned what should have been a straightforward move into a living nightmare. Their unprofessionalism, lack of care, and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction are inexcusable. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and avoid Safeway like the plague, Save your time, money, and sanity by choosing a reputable, reliable moving company instead.

Read More Over the weekend, David and the movers performed an excellent job moving our house. They arrived promptly, were polite, and worked efficiently. Disassembling and reassembling our furniture at our new property made transferring some challenging pieces of furniture seem relatively simple. I would recommend it to everyone without a doubt.
