It's now been over 30 days, and I still don't have my belongings.To make matters worse, after loading everything onto the truck, they upcharged me by $3,000, claiming the boxes and weight were different from what I had disclosed beforehand. With everything already loaded, I had no choice but to pay up. They picked up my belongings on October 31, and I had hoped to host Thanksgiving in my new home. Thanks to Safeway, that was impossible—I’m still without furniture or essentials.On top of the outrageous delay, I’ve been forced to spend over $4,000 staying in hotels and eating out, further escalating my expenses. Reaching out to management is pointless—they never return your calls.
