Since this was my first solo move, the Packers' help was appreciated. In just few hours, they helped me unwind and get my life in order. My belongings, especially the fragile items, were safely shifted to the new home. I'll use them again and recommend them to others.

Learn from my mistake. I relocated nearly 8x over the past 20 years. So, know that I speak with experience. I can write a very lengthy review here, but let me summarize for you.1. Sales guy will provide low price estimate, but you'll likely pay nearly 45% more on day of pickup because they underestimated to keep estimate low. It's normal to pay a little more, but this was grossly underestimated.2. Took 28 days after I provided my first available delivery date to receive my furniture. Based on BBB complaints, looks like I'm not the only one.3. Long customer service wait time; expect to wait on the phone nearly 1 hour each time. When you finally do get through, they have no information they can share. They will keep saying, I'll email dispatch and they'll get back to you to provide delivery date. Never hear from anyone.4. Night before delivery, driver will call to tell you that he'll be charging another $1200 to shuttle the items to my house. If you live in the city or street that are small, this is understandable. However, like I mentioned before, I've had many semi-truck pickup and deliver on normal residential street. More importantly, why didn't Safeway plan for this in advance?5. Multiple damaged furniture. In addition, I noticed some items somewhat melting. Almost like if it was sitting in the sun for days. So much for climate controlled storage.6. Company takes no responsibility. Seem they can do no wrong.Maybe your experience will be better than mine, but don't say I didn't warn you.
