Read More We had an amazing experience working with Safeway Moving Inc movers. All workers, from the customer service representatives to the actual movers, were a pleasure to work with. They made an effort to fully explain how the firm handled relocations because it was our first experience working with them, and they also addressed our questions. Fortunately, everything went perfectly throughout our move, and our possessions arrived undamaged.

Read More AVOID SAFEWAY MOVING AT ALL COSTS!My experience with Safeway Moving was a complete disaster from start to finish. First, they sent a team where two workers walked off the job, leaving the rest scrambling. This should have been the first red flag. Then, they promised a delivery time of 4-7 days from Texas to California, a selling point that convinced me to choose them. It's now been over 30 days, and I still don't have my belongings.To make matters worse, after loading everything onto the truck, they upcharged me by $3,000, claiming the boxes and weight were different from what I had disclosed beforehand. With everything already loaded, I had no choice but to pay up. They picked up my belongings on October 31, and I had hoped to host Thanksgiving in my new home. Thanks to Safeway, that was impossible—I’m still without furniture or essentials.On top of the outrageous delay, I’ve been forced to spend over $4,000 staying in hotels and eating out, further escalating my expenses. Reaching out to management is pointless—they never return your calls. Their customer service is outsourced to the Philippines, and the representatives have no idea what’s going on or even seem aware of the day of the week.Safeway Moving in summary is unreliable and an deceitful service. Their polished website and false promises lure you in, but once they have your money and belongings, you’re left in the dark. The stress, financial toll, and disruption to my personal and work life have been overwhelming.DO NOT USE SAFEWAY MOVING! They cost me time, money, and peace of mind. Save yourself the nightmare and go with a company that values its customers and keeps its promises. Safeway is a scam hiding behind a professional facade.

They packed my expensive sound system and all my other electronics in special crates, and they used straps and dollies to move them safely. They also packed my books, clothes, and bedding in labeled boxes. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and they cracked some jokes along the way. They were very careful with my belongings, and they delivered them to NY in perfect condition.
