Our valuables were meticulously wrapped and delivered within 3 days to our condo in NY. What we appreciated most was their willingness to help us settle in at the new place. Our furniture was reassembled and electronics were reinstalled without extra charges! We recommend them 100%!

Read More PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVING NEEDS. I made the worst decision of my life by using a moving company . It took over a month to get my stuff delivered. The customer service regarding delivery updates was very poor; they wouldn’t even inform me when my items would leave the warehouse. They left an entire pallet in storage, resulting in a partial delivery. I received my bed but was missing the legs, bolts, and nails. Some items were broken, and others went missing. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT FILING A CLAIM. They have made the process so complicated that you’ll likely give up. They require you to fill out a lengthy form and upload a picture, but you can only upload one picture at a time. Then they decline your claim, claiming it is incomplete.

I am writing another review for the company, but Alexis gets a 5++++++. Apparently I can't write another review, so here goes. This part is regarding the rest of the company, not Alexis.THEY WERE HORRIBLE! Alexis is the only person that returned my calls and found out information for me. I left countless messages for every person I could find a number for and emailed them too. I never got any responses! I chose this company because they had good reviews even though they were higher in price. My experience for AWFUL! Too many situations to write about, but I DO NOT recommend them at all!!!! Run away screaming!!!!!
