One guy kept complaining about how heavy my furniture was, even though I had listed everything during the booking process. They constantly asked me where things should go, despite me labeling everything. By the end, they were visibly annoyed when I asked them to move a dresser to the right room. I paid for professional service, not a group of amateurs with bad attitudes.

They also provided me with some packing supplies, but I wish they had brought more. I ran out of tape and scissors halfway through. They apologized and said they would bring more next time. I had some fragile artwork, and they took extra care to pack it properly. The movers were also very careful not to damage any walls or doors in either of my old or new homes. They worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing care. I was so pleased with how organized and professional they were.
