Read More We used this company for our move from Miami to South Dakota and everything started smoothly.. The end results was a complete nightmare! The movers arrived to South Dakota with 2 lost boxes, and the items that did arrive many of them got here broken. I contacted the company and spoke to the manager, and advised her of the situation. I needed to know if they can contact the movers and check if my 2 lost boxes were still inside the truck. She basically said she felt horrible and would see what she can do but she couldn't promise anything. The only thing she can do is send me a link for a TPA (Third party assistant)that reviews your claim with all the losses, and they will reimburse me $.60 @ lb for my loss items. I had a soundbar, speakers, vase, and other heavy items and a few of things that would never be replaced considering they were my children's baby items from over 30 years ago. Well, I received the TPA response this week. They offered me a total of $75 for these items plus all my plates, glasses, and other items that arrivee completely broken. It was a slap in the face! At that point, I called Summit Van lines and again spoke to the manager. I told her after paying almost $5k to them for my move they turn around and offer me $75 for the items I can no longer recover and broken. I requested to speak to the owner, and she stated she would speak to him about the situation. It's been 4 days and I'm still waiting for a response. What started as a smooth, and great beginning has ended with no communication, and a disastrous finish. There's no way I can refer this company to anyone after what we went through. It should be a zero star!

Read More They mover 15 mint late! The movers were very curious and helpful, they were mindful not to scuff the floors or walls and respected all of our things. We had a lot of IKEA furniture that they had problem putting together, making this a move.
