Read More They took my money and didn't provide the proper service they said they would I hire them to move my stuff from Indianapolis to California but for them to send Area van lines to my house they came and the price went up a extra 1000 along with no taking all my stuff I had to leave stuff and sell stuff while they were there packing my things they were nasty they left a mess and didn't clean up after they self I been I California almost 2 weeks and still haven't got my stuff yet I'm steady spending money waiting on them to arrive now I'm scared because I done seen Arena Van Lines Reviews I hope I get my stuff without thing being missed are broke omg this got me stressing out I'm about to hire me a attorney because I can see where this going!!! Read More We had a 5-man unloading crew unload each of two moving trailers, which were packed full of furniture, boxes, appliances, etc. The guys were efficient, hard working, pleasant, and careful. They were very careful to not damage our new floors and even carried many boxes by hand rather than use a loaded dolly. We recommend them to everyone looking for help loading or unloading lots of household items.

The movers were all super nice and friendly and they were efficient. If I had the choice, I’d pick them every time. They’re amazing!

Read More I was scammed, plain and simple. I have text messages, emails, and recordings to prove what a nightmare this experience was. It all started when I had a horrible call with Jordan to review our follow-up inventory list. He quoted me $900 more for just a few extra boxes and a headboard that they missed during the first inventory call. Jordan was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The call was so appalling that we recorded it because we couldn’t believe how bad it was. On the moving day, two elderly men showed up (not employees of this company, but from a third-party moving company—something I learned only after paying a $1,191 deposit because this company is just a broker). These movers told us outright that we’d been hustled. They said the original quote was miscalculated and the actual cost would be another $2,000. The movers didn’t want to deal with the broker’s mess and ultimately canceled on us. I even have a text from the moving company confirming they canceled, so I’d have proof for my defense. From there, the nightmare escalated. I called the broker repeatedly, but they gave me the runaround, promising follow-ups that never happened. Days later, they had the audacity to claim that I canceled the move, which was absolutely untrue. I provided them with evidence that I didn’t cancel, but they refused to refund my deposit. To make matters worse, they eventually blocked my number. This was the most unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest company I’ve ever dealt with. They take your money and leave you stranded. PLEASE don’t make the same mistake I did—save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money.
