Read More Unlimited moving horror with this company. Missing and broken items and then they demand more money on delivery. Mine because my hall was too long. Switched to a dirty no name trucks with no helpers. No compensation and rude from start to end. A simple one bedroom apartment move took 5 hours. Unlimited extra dollars and stress is what you get from Unlimited so aptly named.

The communication throughout the move was excellent, and I was updated every step of the way. They also gave me a tracking number and a delivery window, so I could track the status and location of my shipment online. They delivered my belongings on time and in good shape.

Read More We had the notice of a week to shift and move to a new home and in that short time I couldn't find a new home for myself so till I find a suitable apartment these movers kept my stuff in there storage space. The area was clean and they well packed all my belongings, also it was safe so I will use their help again if needed.

However, despite multiple calls and lots of photographs, the estimate was nearly 50% off. Started out great, was very impressed by the sales team and the review process. It went through to make sure we had the estimate rate. However, despite multiple calls and lots of photographs, the estimate was nearly 50% off. The movers showed up a day early in the middle of the afternoon and tried to cram everything in, finally leaving at midnight. Been doing so they caused considerable damage to the floor in my house and damaged a number of high value pieces of furniture. They have refused to except responsibility for the damage they caused, even though we actually have it on security video, or for the damage that they did trying to take apart furniture.
