Lucky for me, I heard about Bronze Star Moving & Storage through my friend who had previously used their services. I knew that they were tried and tested and that I would be safe. They were everything I could ask for in a moving company: honest, friendly, prompt and professional. I am proud of my choice and I will happily recommend them to anyone who needs to move.

They treated my belongings with respect, wrapping even the smallest items to ensure they were safe. I was especially impressed with how they handled my glass coffee table—it arrived without a single scratch! The whole team was friendly and professional, and the price was more than fair. They spent extra time prepping my house on both ends to protect the floors, doors and banisters. Bronze Star Moving and Storage did a full pack for us and everything arrived in good condition and properly labeled. Not only did the truck arrive right on schedule but the total cost was $3k less than the estimate. Customer service was also fantastic. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

From our very first contact with Danny, the removal process was absolutely seamless he was sooooo helpful and was able to book our removal at extremely short notice. My son lives in a high rise and we had a very small window for lift access. The fantastic team of Bronze, Max and Yosef were amazing-they finished the job so efficiently and smoothly, nothing was a problem! They were a joy to watch! I cannot recommend them highly enough. They provided packing materials and even helped me organize what to donate, which saved me so much time. The movers were courteous and took special care of my fragile items like glassware and art pieces. What stood out the most was their attention to detail. They remembered little things like wrapping my mirrors in extra padding and making sure my electronics were safe. This company goes above and beyond to make sure their clients are satisfied. They turned what could have been a very stressful day into a smooth, pleasant experience.

They had all the necessary equipment, like dollies and pads, and worked together seamlessly. I felt comfortable with them handling my more expensive items, and they made sure everything was well-padded for the move. Unfortunately, the truck they brought was a bit smaller than expected, so we had to make an extra trip, which added a couple of hours to the move. They apologized for the inconvenience and even gave me a discount for the trouble. Despite the hiccup, I was happy with their professionalism and how they made sure all my items arrived safely. I would use them again but would confirm the truck size ahead of time.
