Read More I have to say how impressed I am with this team moving The guys Frankie Jeffrey & Phillip did a phenomenal job!!! They moved all our furniture carefully and everything went smoothly. You can't beat the price either! I Highly highly recommend UAM and storage for your moving needs! Also amazing conversations during the moving process.

Read More I needed some rugs moved from under two king size beds. Any handyman I called wasn’t interested in the job. As such, thought I would contact some moving companies to see if they would take on the job. These guys was one of the moving companies I contacted through GOOGLE. Ryan, the owner, responded and gave a quote that was reasonable and fair. Since there was no move from one location to another location, he waived the customary travel fee. The day of the “rug swap”, the team ran into traffic due to an accident. The team contacted Dan, who texted me that the team was in route and would be slightly delayed with a new eta. The team arrived on time. The job was completed in 30 minutes. The team was so helpful, kind, eager to help and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. What makes this experience exceptional to me personally is that I’m hearing impaired and have trouble speaking on a phone. Texting/emailing works best for me. Dan messaged me through the Google app the entire time with no problems, United American, moving and storage is my moving team for any future moves.

My coordinator and the other gentlemen they sent out to help us did a great job and got our truck unloaded in just under two hours. They truly went above and beyond. We a ... Read More My coordinator and the other gentlemen they sent out to help us did a great job and got our truck unloaded in just under two hours. They truly went above and beyond. We are very pleased with the job they did and the value they provided. Do be aware that there is a travel charge, though. Not a dealbreaker for us, but something to be aware of since it is a fixed cost above the hourly rate.
