The team leader and driver were amazing, working incredibly hard to keep our belongings safe. They were there for us every step of the way, never complaining, even when our couches wouldn’t fit through the odd-shaped hallway and front door of our new apartment. It was a challenging situation, but they handled it expertly and got everything in. Overall, I only have positive things to say about our move with United American Moving and Storage. Communication was great prior to the move, the price didn’t change at any point, they showed up on time, wrapped everything well, nothing broke, and most importantly, nothing went missing. The team made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in the new apartment and ensured everything was assembled correctly. They genuinely cared about my satisfaction, and I couldn’t be happier! One standout moment was when I accidentally dropped a substantial amount of cash on the floor of my apartment. Read More I recently used United American Moving and Storage twice within four days. The crew for the first move was efficient, polite, and very helpful, even on a hot day with some rain at the end. Despite the conditions, they were all smiles and worked hard! The second move was just as great, with the team working tirelessly on another hot day. They moved my daughter from over an hour away and also made a stop at our storage unit to offload items tagged for there. I appreciate that the company offers both an hourly rate and a flat rate. We opted for the flat rate on both moves, and it was worth every dollar! I would definitely use them again. The only minor issue was a potential language barrier, which could be challenging when relaying instructions or concerns, but we navigated it without any problems. Overall, I would use them again.
