Read More Please proceed with caution. There was some damage to the baby crib, and initially, our request to claim insurance was denied. After a heated discussion with the representative, they agreed to provide the claim process. They blamed us for damaging the product ourselves and trying to claim it on them, which we found to be a serious and unacceptable allegation.

Read More Horrible experience. Driver refused to park on my street despite adequate space. The delivery driver was rude, unprofessional and failed to complete the contract. He assembled NONE of my furniture even though I paid for this service. He dumped my belongings on a corner, called the police when he was asked to complete the job, refused to take $50 bills bc he had “never seen them before,” damaged my property and left trash in the street. He mixed up my belongings with another client and refused to correct his mistake. Manager was even more rude. The utter disrespect and disregard for professionalism made this experience a nightmare.

Read More I was clear in my request that I had a multi part job and this company took advantage of that by milking the time on an hourly rate. We got 1/3 of what needed to be done, done. The right company wouldn’t have had a problem getting things done in a timely and complete manner.

Read More This company authorized a check in my name 7 days after i canceled the service with them. In the contract it states if you cancel within 72 hours of signing that they will not process your check or will refund you the money if they did. they printed off my check and signed it for me then cashed it. I had to file identity theft and now they are under investigation by several government agencies. I recorded our phone calls and sent our correspondence through email to an investigator. My banking institution has informed me they are at risk of loosing their license to do business in Florida and are currently being investigated by other government agencies for this exact identity theft scheme. Just look up how many court cases this company has lost, it's pretty insane.

Read More We were in talks with Walter initially and of course he couldn't say enough that put us at ease and our worti to rest. If course it didn't end that way. Onnthe day of the move , strangers showed up. After the delivery and having time to review throughout our inventory- we had broken glass tops which were packed properly as well as missing items. We contacted the so called insurance company which only offered email contact and after 2 months- we haven't heard anything. Even the original contact number for Walter is inoperative. DO NOT USE THES GUYS. Pay the highest price for a national insured moving company or better yet- sell and donate and buy all new!!!

Read More It’s not that things don’t go wrong with moves. Like any company the real measure of movers is whether they take responsibility and work to make things right. Unfortunately 3 Brothers completely failed to even try and make things right in my case. Note the arbitration they force you to use is only interested in compelling 3 Brothers to meet their legal obligations. What does it tell you when a third party is required to get a company to fulfill their legal obligations. Nobody is on your side as the customer. Never do business with a mover who doesn’t send a professional to your house to make a dependable estimate of the volume and therefore cost of the move. In my case 3 Brothers did this over then phone and assured me that for the long distance move I needed I was “buying the entire tractor trailer and there was plenty of space” that turned out to be a blatant lie but I only found out far to late to get someone else.
