Read More This company should be ashamed of themselves. Extremely pushy sales rep that ensured I would receive a full refund if I cancelled within 72 hours. Not only did I cancel, this company sent movers out and I had to tell the movers the move had been cancelled. I have attempted to do several reviews against The 3 Moving Brothers just to be told that they were not the business in question and their company is constantly fight the reviews meant for The 3 MovingBrothers company . Shameful. This site has the addresss and phone number attached to me emails.

Read More If I was their mother I would be embarrassed and ashamed. Terrible communication, misleading and deceptive. I feel lucky that the guys that picked up my move were decent….although only 1 of the 3 spoke English. And despite being told payment by venmo would be accepted, they didn't have venmo and we spent time scrambling for cash on Labor Day! We did end up negotiating the price and got an expedited delivery date which we were verbally told was the date it would be delivered at no extra cost. Strongly suggest avoid any moving company that are brokers. I intend to write several letters including to Penske Truck Rental for supporting an industry that seems to thrive on deception.

Read More Sadly I fell for the sweet talking sales person that was “looking out for me” and “doing her best” to get me a good deal. She also claimed to be my personal moving consultant and would be available for any questions or problems I might run into. She even txt’d me so I would have a direct line to her. All BS, never heard from her again…especially when the problems started. I was quoted $5000 to move my stuff across the country and of course when the truck showed up the driver claimed I had more stuff than expected and said my new cost was almost $10000! I tried to argue and showed him the inventory I arranged over the phone. Technically I had less stuff because I left behind a few things on the original list. They did not show as scheduled. Called me a few days before pickup to say they would be there the next day. I was not prepared for them to come early and had to take a day off of work. Then they didn’t even show until after 6:30pm! They charged me over $1000 for packing supplies. I packed my own stuff but they wrapped things in tape and additional cardboard and claimed that was the charge! Not much I could do at this point so I paid the extra charges and decided lesson learned. My plan was to drive myself and my pets up over a holiday weekend that was coming up and made arrangements for my items to be delivered on the Tuesday after the holiday. On that Saturday morning as I was getting ready to leave, I got a call. My stuff was to be delivered the next day! I told the driver no, it was to be delivered on Tuesday. I was told no, paperwork said Sunday. I said impossible because I can’t even get there before Monday. He said if I was not there for the delivery my items would be put in storage (in NY, not even close to where I was moving to, WI) and I woul have to pay more to have them delivered at a later date. He sent me a photo of the paperwork and you could tell the date had been changed. I ended up having to book a flight on a holiday weekend, then rent a car to be at the new place in time for my delivery. My daughter took off work to drive my car and dogs across the country for me. It was a huge mess. Many items were damaged. I made a comment about the one item when he unwrapped it and the mover was like no big deal you can glue it! There was no regard for treating items with care. They just stacked everything in one room at my request but did it so haphazardly. They put chairs up on top of boxes. Flat packs that said do not lay flat were stacked flat between heavier boxes. I tried to not pay all of the balance at delivery. Added up my extra expenses due to the early delivery and said I would deduct from total. Was told if I did not pay entire balance they would not unload my items. I tried calling CS and they were no help. On top of all of this they never gave me copies of my paperwork and admitted to a $500 overcharge on the deposit. Even emailed me confirming they would refund me and it would take 15 days. It has been 2 months and I am doubtful that I will see a dime. Contacted a lawyer but sadly the way the contracts are written there is not much they can do. Courts almost always side with the moving company. They know this so they aren’t gonna change. It is a lucrative business scamming us little people. I have moved a lot in my lifetime and this was by far the worst experience ever. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Read More Service date 3/2/2025: To begin, just to let everyone know, this company is a BROKERAGE COMPANY! They find other companies to move you and make a commission in to which their website does not say. I do not need them to find me a moving company when I am fully capable of doing that myself. This company is very deceitful. Daniel (sales rep) with this company charged me1600, with my inventory that I have given him verbally over the phone. Not only did he not properly document my inventory for my one bedroom apartment, but when the other company shows up, they have a completely different quote. I had to pay an additional 800, in order to proceed with my move. They were really nice and worked with me while they can clearly see that I was being bamboozled. During the the day of my move 3 Brothers requested another payment in which I had paid to them for the pick up to later learn that they should not had requested payment as that would have to go to the movers that are there. The manager of the moving company that showed up which wasn't 3 Brothers had to call 3 Brothers so that they can reverse the payment so that they can be paid. I called the office after the manager and spoke with "Stephanie" I think her name was, she worked on 3/2/25 at 11:30am on phone number (321)325-3538, should not be a Customer Service Manager. She has zero people skills and does not know how to interact with the public. In addition to that, I asked when will I be able to speak to Daniel again, (the rep who I was dealing with) and she informed me "I will never speak to him again!" I said to her I wanted to speak to someone who can have a conversation oppose to someone who is interested in being combative. I mentioned my compliant to her and I said "nowhere on the contract does it state that I will be charged additionally or that they're a brokerage company." She then proceeded to tell me it does, I also informed her that “it is a good thing that I spoke with Daniel on my office phone as ALL CONVERSATIONS ARE RECORDED!” HER TONE changed and I told Stephanie or whatever her name is that I am pursing this. I am in the process of pulling the calls from my office also align with the text messages that I have from Daniel. I will be getting a lawyer to sue 3 Brothers for the extra or at half of what extra expense I had to give. They will not get away with this. I had no interest in dealing with this person any longer and hung up the phone. Just an FYI be careful of this company and they bull that they give you! I am sure I am not the only one that will be taking them to court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY'RE A BROKERAGE AND SKIM OFF THE TOP TO MAKE A COMMISSION!!! Unfortunately for them I have already pursued an attorney. Please, Please Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give them a zero!!!

Read More This company is the worst. Don't use them. They are scammers. I would give them 0 star but the website has 1 star as the worst. When I called around for a cross country mover in 2024, I talked to several different moving companies, and 3 Brothers really stood out. They were very friendly, and provided the best pricing. However, all they have is a bait-and-switch tactic. They gave me the lowest price, and then on the move date, ANOTHER moving company MC Movers came to move my stuffs. And then they wanted to charge me double for the storage fees. I was quoted $.50 per cubic foot, and I was charged $1.00 per cubic foot. I had to fight with MC Movers, and when I called 3-Brothers for help, they essentially threatened me with a law suit, if I don't pay the storage fee. MC Movers even threaten to sell my stuff if I dont pay their storage fees. After much back and forth and I had to prove to them the actual quote, they agreed to $.50 per cubic foot storage fee. In addition, 3-Brothers promised me on the phone 3 months of free storage, however, MC Movers only gave me one month of free storage. When I called 3-Brothers, they never never return my calls, leaving me helpless. 3-Brothers would just lied through their teeth to get your business, and then gave your contract to a moving company which actually do the moving. 3-Brothers are only middle men, they actually do not provide moving services. To make matter worse, one of my pieces of furniture were missing during the move, and no one seems to be able to locate it, and in order for me to get compensation, i have to filed a grievance with another company. This is the WORST moving experience ever. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY FROM 3-BROTHERS MOVING COMPANY.

We are 80+ year-old seniors who hired 3 Brothers & Storage to move the contents of our three-bedroom house in New York to our retirement home in Pennsylvania to be closer to our daughter. Little did we know this would be the most stressful event that we would ever experience. We ended up paying over twice the original quotation, and ultimately over 45%, or $7000, higher than their binding estimate, which they refused to honor. In addition, the movers they sent, United Speed Movers Inc., left more than 10% of our household furnishings in New York because the truck they brought was too small. We needed two trips to move the leftover furnishings in our personal vehicles and a storage space rental to store them, all at our own expense. Finally, when they finally delivered our household goods to our Pennsylvania home, we found many furniture and items damaged and missing. They are the worst moving companies we’ve ever used. They demanded a sizable down payment to secure a $9558 contract and near the moving date, then adjusted the quotation to $15,469. On the moving date, the movers increased it a third time to $22,481. They had us over a barrel using their bait and switch tactic. Our only choice was to pay, or else our belongings would not come off the truck. We now understand why they declined our offer to videotape the content of our house when they asked about the content of our house for their quote. At the time we assumed they were professionals and knew what they were doing. Bottom line: stay away from 3 Brothers Moving & Storage and subcontractor United Speed Movers Inc..
