Read More By far my worst experience with a company such as this to date, and I have moved very many times, globally. I hired them for both the packing and moving phases of a move, but had to fire them after they completely botched the packing phase. Their packers' gross negligence resulted in damage to my property. When I called this to their attention, both the packer they sent to remediate AND the so-called "owner" denied everything. I discovered much more damage later, but they were so childish and unprofessional, I just ate the loss.

Stay far away from the unfriendly movers, you will pay deposit and find out they cannot keep their schedule, someone will call you the day of your move and make some ridi ... Do believe the reviews. They are false.

Read More This company moved our expensive bedroom furniture and damaged my dresser by dragging it across the concrete driveway. I made a claim with them before they left and was told that they would send someone out to fix it. They ignored me for a week and then said that they would get back to me. It’s now been two weeks and they have not responded to any of my messages. I would not recommend this company to anyone that cares about their furniture at all. They also damaged my newly painted walls in my new residence that I was going to overlook but wanted to mention now.

They lost pieces of disassembled furniture. They got lost on their way to my new home. They took twice as long as what I was quoted (they charge by the hour).

Read More I used this company 2 years ago and I am still upset about the way my husband and I were treated by him and his guys. He sent 2 guys who were lazy and slow. They took one-hour lunch break and were taking their time to move our properties. They were just running the clock. It took them 14 hours to move 3 bedroom worth of properties. When I called him to complain, he was so rude and arrogant. Very unprofessional. I don't know why these guys are still in business. Very unprofessional group of people. I thought I was the only one that was mistreated by these people. BBB should look into them because they cannot keep being rude and unprofessional. I wish I can give them a 0 star.

Read More The movers wrapped very little of our stuff before tossing it into boxes. Some polished wood picture frames were severely damaged (they were crammed in unwrapped and scratched by a metal bicycle pump). I filed a claim for the damage, but suddenly they're completely unresponsive. Scheduling the move was fine, but it's super shady to ghost me once you've got my money and need to service my claim. I wouldn't trust them.
