Read More Do not use these movers unless you want all your furniture damaged and your TVs broken! I paid them to move my things from my house into a storage unit and then back into an apartment. Whenever I had them move everything back into my new apartment I noticed that most of the tables and dressers were chipped around the edges and Whenever I plugged in my 65in Samsung TV I discovered it was broken. I called them and spoke to the, field operations director, and he said that they would give me 60 cents on the pound for the damages. It's a complete joke since the TV doesn't weigh but maybe 120lbs. You would think they would be more cautious with fragile items but they are not.

Read More Very disappointed, I moved out of state and they missed tons of my stuff. I am out $486.00 on things they didn’t pack. I have been moved by many companies over my military career and these guys by far have been the worst company I have every used. Damaged a few of my things, none of my beds had the hardware screwed back in or where I was told to looks for it. They didn’t want to box my TVs they wanted to just lay them on my couch, they arrived late and acted like they wanted to leave about 2 hours into the pack. They took at least 8 breaks to smoke and text. They had limited supplies to pack my goods. Just be aware of these guys.

Read More They managed to break TWO dressers during the move that took place about six weeks ago and have yet to process the claim. This resulted in needing to remove the furniture they damaged, buy replacements, pay for further delivery, and also invest time in building the new pieces. This resulted in paying nearly DOUBLE what they quoted us. Garbage service!

Terrible service, our things were not only late by 5 days, but there were so many damaged furniture items-desk, dresser, nightstand; missing pottery barn piece of furniture, and many boxes of crushed glass with broken dishes etc. Additionally, a missing gold necklace taken off my bathroom counter. I filed a claim with the company and received $150 for the damages. Not ok. Terrible company, do not trust or use this company.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service and zero reliability.

They says they are just the broker not the mover. Very poor service. I moved six months ago and still waiting on a response from them or the movers and nothing. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

They were unorganized, sloppy and careless. They broke several of my vintage and antique items and never mentioned it. I've waited to review until I could see the extent ... Read More They were unorganized, sloppy and careless. They broke several of my vintage and antique items and never mentioned it. I've waited to review until I could see the extent of what they did. Not at all happy with their lack of professionalism, being so slow, and their lack of knowledge about how to pack a truck to avoid as much damage as possible. I've moved alot and this is the worst move I've ever had. I attempted to talk to the owner and was unable to get a response. Beware of their low prices and smooth talking owner.

Read More My table was broken, my computer desk had no marble surface on top which they lost it or broke it, my luggage were tossed out on the floor, my coat rack missing one part in the middle, they didn’t fix my bed; left my bed telling me to give them extra $ for that, but I paid for full service , my tea cups and bowl were shattered in pieces. They don’t care as much they told us during negotiation for price. They charge you more than 3 times in order to price up for guaranteed price. They scam you

Read More Showed up late, broke my stuff, and damaged the floor and walls in my apartment which I will have to pay for out of my security deposit. They refused to refund me more than 20% of the cost of the move. Never using again.

Read More Horrible experience with this company. I wouldn't recommend at all. I booked them, was given a nice rate for a 1 bedroom apartment, I listed all my furniture on the site. The movers arrived at the correct time, but brought a van! My couch and bed could not fit in this van. We then spent 30 minutes trying to decide how to proceed. Meanwhile the window of time for me to leave my building is diminishing. So I quickly booked a Uhaul truck and brought it to the apartment, we were able to move all my stuff into both vehicles. How in the world can you move a 1 bedroom apartment in a van? The reason I'm giving such a bad review is they then proceeded to ask for a large tip! The guys were nice during the move, nothing was broken, so I gave them $100 tip, as there were 3 guys. Then he starts to hassle me for an additional $100. I tell him that I had to pay for the Uhaul truck myself! I had to run to the Uhaul station to get and return the vehicle myself. We go back and forth and eventually I tell him I'm goodbye. This company isn't professional, they were unprepared then wanted MORE tip despite their shortcomings. Don't use these guys, save your cash and go elsewhere.
