Read More I had the most terrible & worst experience ever with this moving company. First, I initially spoke with Cameron , I believe he's the manager or a broker at the Coral Springs Location in Florida . He gave me a price with the amount of things I had, boxes and etc. I asked him if this would be the final price for my moved he said yes. The day of my move in ATL, a guy named Mike comes driving the truck smelling like Marijuana, very strong, smelling.. so unprofessional. The other guy, with him, was so kind, he actually did all the work moving my things. Mike absolutely did nothing but go to the truck to smoke more Marijuana.. SMH, then during the move, he tells me that I won't be able to move all my belonging on the truck because they go by per cubic feet, I said WHAT!! No one ever mentioned to me about my move being measured by per cubic feet, and if I wanted all my things moved, it would be triple the cost. I was distraught, shocked, I had to leave half my belonging in my home because I couldn't afford to pay for the extra space. And then at the end of the move Mike had the nerves to ask me for a TIP when he did nothing during the move but some Marijuana. And my belongs were supposed to arrive four days later but It was just about two weeks later when I did receive my belonging.

They carefully packed our equipment, including delicate lighting and backdrops, with excellent precision. The team was efficient and helped us set up the new studio after delivery too. We're thrilled with the experience!

Read More America's Moving And Storage ripped me off completely. I called for an estimate and gave very exact space measurements, because I was moving from a storage unit, not a house. I repeatedly gave the exact volume of the storage unit and an accurate list of the contents. I had over 80 boxes. The sales representative, Grant Hill (at least that is what he SAID his name was) quoted me just over 2000 dollars to move the contents of my 10x7x7 storage unit from Seattle to Phoenix. I have never paid for a move before, so saw no problem with that price. 2 days after they had taken the non refundable 50% deposit straight from my bank account, I got a call from their customer service to "go over details". I repeatedly the information I had given the original sales rep. They exclaimed "Oh no! That isn't right!" And told me that it would cost me $1700 more dollars to move exactly what he had quoted me at $2000. I ended up only moving half my stuff and now have 2 storage unit payments for at least the next 9 months.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a moving company.

They came with specialized equipment designed to lift heavy, delicate items, and after padding the piano with multiple layers, It didn’t have a scratch on it! I am thoroughly impressed!

You receive a binding estimate that never mentions you will be charged per cubic feet until you learn it from the driver once the truck is loaded and you are told you have to pay almost double than the "binding " estimate.On top you have to pay right away or the trucker will hold your move .

Read More Wouldn’t think twice about hiring Americas Moving and Storage movers for future relocations. The way they managed everything in an organized manner was enough to take all my stress away. There were no complications or mismanagement on their part and the move wrapped up within 4 days – which was the estimated time. Cannot be more grateful to them!

They came on time for all 4 days, packed my possessions in double layers and encased them in boxes for extra safety. Fortunately, the delivery was on time and nothing got damaged along the way either. Absolutely recommended!
