Read More I was on a tight budget, and these movers were great about providing a cost-effective solution. They offered a clear, detailed estimate and stuck to it without any hidden fees. They helped me figure out the most efficient way to pack my belongings to save on space and costs. Their transparency and budget-friendly approach were much appreciated.

I had to find movers on short notice, and the four guys from Americas Moving and Storage who helped me pack everything and relocate were excellent. Since I could not pack ... Read More I had to find movers on short notice, and the four guys from Americas Moving and Storage who helped me pack everything and relocate were excellent. Since I could not pack myself because of an arm fracture, they did it with full enthusiasm. I enjoy that it's a veteran-owned company, and it's great.

SCAM ALERT! ****** gave my details for moving on a 3rd party website and this company approached me first. I told them the the inventory of my home and since my home was ... Read More SCAM ALERT! ****** gave my details for moving on a 3rd party website and this company approached me first. I told them the the inventory of my home and since my home was on sale even they looked up pictures of my home online with all furniture. They game me an initial estimate of 2500 $ and when I said it was over my budget they asked me what my price range was. When I said it was somewhere around 2000 $, she said she will talk to hear manager and immediately reduced here estimate to 1950 $ on a condition that I take the offer immediately. I went ahead being unaware and they transferred to the billing department. They said they can only accept ACH payments which was when I doubted but still went ahead. HERE STARTS THE FRUSTRATION. The quote was only for 350 cubic feet which was way less for the stuff I had and then they said their quality assurance team will call 2 days ahead if I had to modify the inventory. Which never did. They gave me 2 days either of which their driver will come to drop the items. the first day of which they never came and on the next day they said driver is on the way and driver contacted me too saying he will be there. But he never showed up. Next day was my home closing so I had no way but had to go with another local mover with a premium cost. Though these guys didn't show up they never refunded my money which is ridiculous.
