Read More The moving guys came wearing the cutest company t-shirts, worked very hard, were super polite, respectful, careful with property, and extremely efficient. My husband and I were impressed greatly! We stayed in contact for next two days. They showed up when expected, finished our move representing their company in the most professional way possible! crew arrived at our FL home as strangers, but left our NC as friends. We will miss seeing them greatly! Don’t hesitate with using this company! I highly recommend them.

None of our items were damaged. Price was very reasonable!! Would highly recommend using them for any moving needs.

Read More Coastal Moving Services exceeded my expectations on my most recent move. I moved from a 3 bed, 1800 sq ft house and there was so much furniture! There were 2 trucks and the crew of 6 guys started at 7am and finished at 5pm. I got them lunch because it was such a big job, but they worked very diligently and moved and wrapped everything with care. I’m very happy. I highly recommend them and will use them again!!!

They are timely, reliable, hardworking, efficient, organized, kind, very careful with your items and pack the truck amazingly well! They are a fun group who is worth every penny. Not one thing could have been better or different. Best moving company ever! We were beyond pleased. Totally trustworthy and they know what they are doing with beginning to end of the move.

They move your belongings quickly and take excellent care of everything, even down to the driving and avoiding bumps on the road! I mostly worked with Eran and he is absolutely fantastic!! I strongly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a stress free move!! They are amazing and extremely professional!

Read More "Do NOT consider Coastal Moving Services for your move. Extremely poor customer service and is dishonest/shady about costs. I got quote estimates for my cross country move from over a dozen moving companies and went with Coastal because they provided the cheapest estimate. I was moving a 10x10x10 storage unit (1000cu ft max) from MD to WA. Steve Sanchez gave me the final estimated quote of 350cu ft for $3900. I sent the exact dimensions of and a photo of everything that is in the storage unit and SPECIFICALLY asked if everything in the photo would be included in the quote. Steve reassured me that "as long as you are not hiding another storage unit somewhere everything will fit in our truck with no hidden fees". He was either incompetent and misguided or intentionally lying to me as my move ended up costing a total of over $7k. The contract allows for cancellation within a 72hour window, but the "inventory call" was done after that time so that when they increased the price I had no ability to cancel. I sent the same storage unit dimensions and picture to the inventory specialist and he added 100cu ft and $1000 to the quote. I texted Steve explaining my frustration with the price increase and lack of transparency, He sent a very apologetic message and admitted that he did reassure me and will "do my best to correct this, let me circle back with you after reviewing everything with the team". Never heard from him again after dozens of calls and text attempts. Other complaints: -Customer Service not apologetic or helpful during move process. -They did not call the right number on move out day. -Almost went to the wrong address after I verified 3x -Moving team filled 750cu ft (not 450cu ft quoted) and charged an ADDITIONAL 4k. (how can you be 300cu ft and 4k off when you have exact dimensions and a picture?) After months of complaints and calls to customer service, Brittanie was the only empathetic person who tried to help us. We were reimbursed 1k.

Read More My wife and I had already moved out of state and the 2 Vets team took care of packing and moving. There were a few items the team missed originally, such as our grill and lawn mower, but Brady immediately rectified it by getting the items shipped soon after. I’m very glad we went with Coastal Moving Services and would highly recommend them.

Everything was clean and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better crew. Will use Swamp rabbit for any future moves and recommend them to everyone and anyone!!
