Read More If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Coastal Moving Services. This company is completely unreliable when it comes to both pickup and delivery times. They make promises they never keep and have zero respect for your schedule. Their customer service is absolutely awful — agents are rude, unresponsive, and will hang up on you or leave you on hold endlessly. Don’t expect to get in touch with a manager either — they’ll dodge your calls or give you the runaround. The worst part? They’re not even a real moving company — they’re just a broker. They subcontract your move to whoever they can find last minute, and they don’t manage or hold those subcontractors accountable. If anything goes wrong, they just point fingers and offer no solution. They’ll also try to squeeze more money out of you once you’re already locked in. The entire experience was a stressful nightmare. If you can, pay a little more and go with a reputable, full-service moving company. Coastal Moving Services is not worth the risk.

A huge thank you to Jack, Stef, Colin, and Kieran for their professionalism, hard work, and kindness. As a single mom and veteran, this move felt overwhelming, but this incredible team made everything so much easier. They went above and beyond to ensure my new house felt like a home before they left. I truly appreciate all their effort and care. Highly recommend

Read More The estimate was prompt; on moving day, the team led by the awesome X called when they were en route, arrived on time, and worked hard. They carefully wrapped and moved our furniture, and had the house emptied in two hours. All five team members were exceedingly friendly and polite, working on a very hot day. At the new house, they unloaded carefully and quickly, and were willing to place the furniture exactly where we wanted it. Everything arrived in perfect condition. We are grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Wendy was helpful in arranging our video survey and frequently checking in during and around the days of our loading and unloading.

When the movers arrived, they quickly assessed what needed to be done and got a lot of work done in a reasonable amount of time. Items were moved without any damage or issues. The workers were friendly throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend them to anyone needed movers. and will certainly use them again in the future.

The guys were very pleasant, on time, prepared, knew what they were doing, worked quickly got me moved out of the old & into my place less than 2 hours. I am truly grateful & most of all it was surprisingly affordable, will definitely love to hire them again! Thanks a bunch :)
