Read More This company is a total rip off. They hire any person off the street to accept contracts on behalf of them. They quote a low price and then movers that are contracted to move you are just kids and people who need a little cash, have zero skills in moving. For a move to go 1 and 1/2 hours away they took over 12 hours and complained the whole way and actually blamed me. They were dropping everything, throwing things around and they just a bunch of street kids who probably got a truck for cheap. The original quote was 4400 which is higher then normal. Then they come and pick up everything and refuse to take credit cards only cash or zelle. They are all crooks from the top up and I wish I had researched them more bc I would found all there litigations and terrible reviews! And the name is a rip off of another company- they call themselves a moving broker- compass moving group. This was the worst experience of my life and what should've cost 3k came out to 7k. Totally unprofessional, extortion and crooks.

Read More Just please do yourself a favor and call someone else. This company is nothing but false advertising run by scum. My furniture arrived damaged, things that were taken apart were left that way on delivery (the contract states that it would be rebuilt), and the movers wouldn't even let me check my belongings before strong arming me into paying them. They even threatened to leave with my belongings if I didn't pay them in five minutes. Robert Nichols was the one helping me with my move and he proved to be absolutely useless. He made claims of being available and ready to help at the start only to ignore my requests for help when I actually needed it. Absurd.

When it came to packing, they worked like precision engineers, wrapping and boxing everything with ninja-like speed. Their loading game was on point too, utilizing the truck's space like it was a puzzle. Smooth sailing all the way!

Jack and his team were so nice and professional. It was very cold, but they worked fast and got everything moved. Carl was organized and explained all the paperwork really well. Fortunately, they were well-trained at handling relocations of any kind and did a fantastic job at packing and delivering everything. They quoted us a fair rate too. Recommend them highly!
