Read More Avoid this company at all costs. My movers never arrived on the moving date. They promised the driver would contact me the day of my move and after I called many times because this company was bad at communication, I was given a moving window. I waited for the drivers call and the driver to arrive as I was told woukd happen. But the driver never called and never arrived and no one from the company contacted me. I called rhe company until I finally got an answer and their service got even worse! They claimed my phone call to them was their call to me telling me the driver was not arriving and tried to gas light me. Then they claimed my husband prevented them from calling me with an update which was a lie. The movers never arrived on my moving date and they did not even want to give me compensation. They claimed that they don't have to because sometimes the drivers run into bad weather but there was no bad weather and there probably was no driver since no one ever contacted me. I ended up having to experience their poor customer service, lies, rude behavior and other bad treatment from this company on top of them not even giving me the service I was promised. Stay away from them and pay for other movers.

Absolutely horrible experience from a company that literally holds your belongings hostage as they tell you you must pay them more for the move to continue. The highlights:*Booked them through the broker (Compass Moving)...Compass should be ashamed for supporting Titan*READ ALL THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU COMMIT...apparently they can keep asking for more and more funds even up to delivery day*Disrespectful employees...as your frustration grows, so does their rudeness*No professional equipment or employees...they literally flipped our furniture up our stairs, end to end, damaging several pieces*Continual delays and lack of communication*THEY HOLD YOUR BELONGINGS HOSTAGE! The original quote rose exponentially over time, they refused to give receipts for the extra funds paid*BE AWARE...you will see the same comments in all the one star reviews...all the above is their pattern of business

Your quote will increase 3 fold of more the movers they hire dont care about your things at all and good luck filling a claim for damaged items. Im out a 70 in tv and $300 in fishing poles. Companys a joke and have no clue how they are able to keep ripping people off and not get shut down. Big time false advertising and false information and misleading company.

Complete scam of a business who has done nothing to rectify the issue and directed me to deal with the moving company they chose to hire rather than taking ownership of their business.
