I discovered it after they left and had to rent a truck myself to move the remaining items. When I called to complain, they said it wasn’t their responsibility since I didn’t supervise closely enough. Absolutely ridiculous.

Read More Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company!I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive.The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn.And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move.Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company.
