Read More They give a price over the phone after going over every item, and boxes we had, all to take my deposit. When the moving day arrived, the truck driver when over everything, and call the company, and say that the 26 foot truck they send was not all for me, I suppose to used only have of the truck, base on the space the company set for us, we had a two story house with 3 rooms, two dining areas, and two living areas, plus around 50 already packed boxes.. REALLY,ONLY HAVE A TRUCK.!! Definitely and strategic way to get customers to pay more at the day of moving. They wanted us to pay another $2700 after been contracted and paid a deposit of almost $2000..be careful people, NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.!!

Read More Editing my review from two to one star. Our things were finally delivered but unfortunately lots arrived damaged. Management confirmed they’d reimburse me for my things but I still have yet to be reimbursed and I have received no response. Look elsewhere if you want a reputable and quality service. I had an unfortunate experience with cross country moving and their team. From the very beginning after booking communication was subpar, particularly with Sandy. The cost to ship my things ended up being 2K over what they estimated, my items still have not delivered and it’s been 3 weeks, the team still hasn’t gotten back to me with an ETA on arrival nor a solution on how to rectify costs. Sandy refuses to elevate this and provide any type of support. It’s disheartening that management is not proving any help or guidance whatsoever.

Read More This is a terrible moving company. They assured me that the quote they gave me was all-inclusive but on moving day, they asked extra for this and that. They don't communicate well...they ended up delivering 2 weeks after the time I explicitly told them I needed the delivery. What they tell you they'll do for you and what's written on the contract are different. READ EVERY FINE PRINT BEFORE SIGNING! They failed to give me my receipt for the partial fee during pickup. They added extra $75 during delivery claiming it was not paid and I had no receipt to challenge them with. When they finally emailed the receipt which was done electronically, it was different than the one I signed.
