Read More The people that came to move our things dragged our bare mattresses on the floor, and only wrapped up the mattresses after we mentioned something to them. They dragged our other furniture along the floor too. We obviously have a lot of damage, but they also didn't even put anything together correctly. I had to go around fixing the furniture after they left. Moreover, one of the furniture items i can't put together because they didn't bring all the pieces from the truck. I called the company to inform them, and they couldn't be more apathetic. It's been two weeks and we still haven't heard back from them. Absolute joke.

Read More Similar to what someone else mentioned on here, they left a few things out of my list and said they had absolutely no room left in their huge truck. Mind you I had no furniture apart from a mattress, desk, and ottoman. But they refused to take another ottoman, coffee table, and a few more boxes. I essentially had to convince them into taking my rug which was on the list. I chose them because they were the cheapest option but you’re getting what you’re paying for. They show up too early and left 2 hours early even though I needed more help. They made my move more difficult, I’m still moving stuff hours later.

You're better off paying a little more for Piece of Cake or something.

Victor and his father were fabulous. They arrived on time and were ready to go. They were so efficient and speedy and handled my stuff with great care. I used piece of cake last year and that was a terrible experience so it was so refreshing to have movers who cared and genuinely wanted to take care of my belongings. I felt safe knowing my stuff was in their hands and they did not disappoint. I will 1000% use them for future moves and recommend them to others.

Read More They carefully handled my couch which wouldn’t move through my narrow hallway. They wrapped an additional layer of blanket, tied a rope and brought it slowly down my balcony. It was delivered without a scratch to my condo. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!
