They took care of everything for me, moving my stuff into the rooms & cleaning up after themselves in terms of packaging. I definitely recommend getting a solid, accurate estimate of everything up front; but if that’s accurate, they make it pretty painless - from inception to payment.

In hindsight I probably could have saved money if I had used an actual piano mover, however that was not the case. This is the 2nd move I used Elite Van Lines for as whole house was moved back in March, again well done.

They actually do stick to their estimate, communication is good, the dispatched movers are good guys and overall experience has been smooth and as expected. And believe me, after 30 years in the Army, moving place to place, I know what a great move is, and this was it! Elite Van Lines is a wonderful! I booked a move with them and had to cancel my move. They were very helpful and nice about it. Andrew, again, was a great help to me, through out the cancellation process and promptly refunded my deposit. I can recommend this company, and Andrew , without hesitation!
