Read More I chose this company because their initial quote seemed affordable, but what a mistake that was. By the end of the move, I was hit with all kinds of hidden charges. They charged extra for stairs, tape, and even for using blankets to protect furniture, which I thought was standard. None of these fees were mentioned during the initial quote, and my final bill was nearly double. They knew I had no choice but to pay, and the whole thing felt like a scam.

Read More Elite Van Lines provided 3 very professional, hard-working employees - exactly as promised. They took care of everything for me, moving my stuff into the rooms & cleaning up after themselves in terms of packaging. I definitely recommend getting a solid, accurate estimate of everything up front; but if that’s accurate, they make it pretty painless - from inception to payment.

I used Elite Van Lines to move a piano

I used Elite Van Lines to move a piano and they accomplished on schedule with no issues. In hindsight I probably could have saved money if I had used an actual piano move ... Read More I used Elite Van Lines to move a piano and they accomplished on schedule with no issues. In hindsight I probably could have saved money if I had used an actual piano mover, however that was not the case. This is the 2nd move I used Elite Van Lines for as whole house was moved back in March, again well done.

I will recommend their service for anyone planning to relocate!

Read More Initially I was skeptical about all Moving Companies in general. But Elite Van Lines is not like any other Moving Companies. They are genuine and helpful. They actually do stick to their estimate, communication is good, the dispatched movers are good guys and overall experience has been smooth and as expected. I would highly recommend them for your local or out of state moves.

Poor estimate and poor communication

Bunch of broken and missing items on arrival. Was told I'd get a refund for those. It's been 6 months and they still haven't sent the refund.My price doubled from my quot ... Read More Bunch of broken and missing items on arrival. Was told I'd get a refund for those. It's been 6 months and they still haven't sent the refund.My price doubled from my quote. I ultimately had to leave stuff behind and throw a ton of things away. I gave exact dimensions for everything I was packing PLUS 10 additional big boxes just in case (which I didn't need). Didn't matter. Driver showed up, loaded all my stuff, and then AFTER he had everything I own loaded, said it took up more space than he thought so I owe him more (which is illegal btw). He made me unload furniture from his truck myself to try to reduce the price to closer to what I was quoted. It was all super shady and I was threatened multiple times ("Well I have all your stuff now, so you can either pay me what I'm telling you orrrr...")I called Kristie at customer service and she said "well that sucks. You should just pay him. Nothing I can do"Customer service is awful and un-responsive. Kristie seems nice but she'll gouge you, lead you on, and then leave you out in the cold. Good luck.2/10 experience. Most of my stuff did actually show up and wasn't stolen, so that's a win. But it was for twice as much cost, headache, twice as much stuff broken, twice as long, everything... This experience was awful. Both on pickup and delivery.Scummy company
