Read More Never showed and couldn’t get ahold of someone. We requested for a Friday pick up got told it’s a 2 day window was never discussed nor in our original paperwork. Day of on Saturday we have a flight at 3pm leave at 12:30 to go to the airport. No word on what time they come to even try to have someone else there for us. Called over 20 times got voicemail one person we ended up getting said they try to get back to us never ever did. Never showed had to pay for last minute U-Haul instead.

The workers at Elite Van Lines were effective, efficient and professional. They arrived almost exactly on time to help me load my storage pod for an inter-state move. The ... Read More The workers at Elite Van Lines were effective, efficient and professional. They arrived almost exactly on time to help me load my storage pod for an inter-state move. They packed that container perfectly so that there was room to spare! When it arrived at my destination (5 states away) there was minimal shifting of my items and nothing was broken. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs movers.

This move with Elite Van Lines was a bigger moving Company. Its been 3 years since I last moved, again same beautiful service, 100% heartfelt genuine with peace of mind to protect and care. Mistake to use these guys. Doubled the price once the movers had loaded my stuff so I didn't have a choice. Then terrible communication They don't even do the job t ... Read More Mistake to use these guys. Doubled the price once the movers had loaded my stuff so I didn't have a choice. Then terrible communication They don't even do the job themselves they farm it out to another company and you have to hope these guys are good. But nope they are so bad. All my boxes came warped and had obviously not been looked after well. So far nothing is broken but I'll update. If I was you I would look else where for your move.

I chose Elite Van Lines because they are a moving company and not a broker. They did not sub out any part of my move, oversaw everything, and things went according to plan. I recommend them.

My relocation manager, was excellent at communicating and setting up my move dates. The movers worked their buts off and did a great job.

Read More I’m not one to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave some feedback regarding my moving experience with Elite Van Lines. From our initial call, I felt comfortable. They quickly got me what I needed, answered all my questions, and met my requirements. Their movers were great! They showed up in a nice truck, packed well, and finished everything within a few hours, saving me so much time. I was very happy with the overall experience and would try them again if needed.
