Surprisingly, my move went smoothly because the crew showed there on schedule, packed up my belongings, and took me to my new home. It was a smart move on my part to call them.

Read More Look at the reviewers' FAKE profiles and their other FAKE reviews. Gulf Stream VAN Lines does HIGH pressure sales, make lots of promises, and then won't let you say NO for answer. I tried to get my deposit back within 72 hours after agreeing to a contract, but they wouldn't give me my deposit back. Although the contract said they would refund deposits within a 72-hour cancellation period. The salesman James Long promised to refund my deposit but he lied. Same with Max Hamilton who takes your money by ACH bank account transfer because the company doesn't want you to use a credit card, so that they suck the money directly from your bank, whereas with a credit card you have protection. Then Mark Davis intervened to offer a discount if I stay as a customer, but why get a ""discount"" on a RIP-OFF. Then Mark Davis said to call Customer Service to get the money back. But in Customer Service, Bethany Brooks said she is not authorized to confirm cancellations or issue refunds. There it is - a FAKE company scamming a well-intended customer!! I spoke with the Broward County FL sheriff who supports the police for Oakland Park, FL, and I filed a police complaint. Next I will contact the FBI.
