Read More DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT took over a month to receive our things. when we would call for an update we were told no changes so our things were sitting on a truck for over a few weeks! when we tried to call again nobody would take our calls. when we did finally get our things, the boxes were so badly broken, my couch was cut, look like they just threw everything in the truck with no care. only got $69 dollars for the damages! come to find out when the mover arrived for drop off the reason it took so long was because the company was waiting to get another order that was heading to Texas! WORST COMPANY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! I WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF I COULD! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!

Read More If you are looking for a moving company please don’t choose Lincoln Logistics. When I first spoke with them we had a lengthy call where we went over everything that would be making the trip. I was told it would cost around 5k, I agreed and signed the contract. A few days out from our move we get a call to go over things one more time, the lady my husband spoke to said we were taking up too much space and it was going to be 10k! I was livid because we had other quotes where someone came to our house, looked at everything and quoted us 6k but we went with Lincoln instead. We had no choice but to bite the bullet since the contract was already signed. To make things worse the movers were supposed to be to our house on 9.11 we got a call the day of saying they wouldn’t be there until 9.12! 9.12 comes and we get another call saying they wouldn’t be there until 9.13 @10am. They didn’t show up until almost 3pm and then asked my husband to take them to get food! This all felt so wrong but our hands were tied, our closing day was coming up and at this point we wanted it to be over. By the end of the pack we had a bunch of our things we had to leave because it didn’t fit. Lincoln Logistics is the worst when it comes to communication, sales tactics and integrity. I will be telling everyone I know never to use them and I hope this review helps whoever is reading it to make a better more informed decision than I did.

They didn't just toss stuff into boxes; they carefully wrapped each thing up, making sure nothing got bumped or broken. I watched as they folded clothes neatly and layered cushioning around fragile items.

Read More My husband and I are furious with this company. Do not get them for your move. The movers showed up 2 days late. They gave us a quote and it tripped for starters, we have our belongings that are ruined and or damaged!! Our 1300$ tv is broke, kids dresser, and our coffee hutch is broke! They were rude and it was all a sales pitch! The head guy to move our stuff was rude and ignorant! Do not trust these guys they are honestly terrible to deal with! When I called customer service they didn’t know where are belongings were. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get our stuff and we weren’t informed that it would take that long! If you have any sense do not use these guys!!! 🤬

Read More We have made the decision to hire movers. We should have gone with Lincoln Logistics LLC for the initial relocation. The experience that Lincoln Logistics LLC offered was far better. They showed up punctually at our apartment and storage facility. They were very careful and efficient with all of our household goods, including furniture. They completed the move in far less time and with far more care than our last mover. The whole staff was incredibly careful and friendly. This is a company that I fully support.

By the time we arrived at our new place, they had already unloaded most of the boxes. Bravo to them!

Read More Thoroughly impressed at how skilled the movers were! After safely delivering my things to my 2-bedroom condo, they quickly unloaded and unpacked my items. To top it off, they even reinstalled a few ceiling fans and TVs for us! It was very helpful since we were new to the neighborhood and didn’t know who to contact in this regard. But they solved our problems by handling it all themselves. I thank them sincerely!
