They provided me with 3 days for transit. Day 3 arrives and I cannot get in contact with anyone. I have no idea where my things are or when they will be arriving. The biggest scam with no customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Read More I am deeply disappointed with Lincoln Logistics and feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. When I initially contacted them, I was given a reasonable quote and assured that everything was in order for my upcoming move. However, just days before my scheduled move, they suddenly changed the price, demanding a significantly higher amount. This last-minute bait-and-switch left me scrambling, with no time to make alternative arrangements. This is the email that I sent them and have received no response. I am also writing to the Department of Transportation, The Better Business Bureau, filing a fraud complaint with my bank and contacting the news. I just want my money back.I have called over 30 times regarding a refund that I deserve for contract # 2909790 for services that they never rendered. They never did anything for me except steal my money.Despite my repeated attempts to reach out for clarification and resolution, no one from Lincoln Logistics has bothered to return my calls. This entire experience has been incredibly stressful, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Their deceptive practices and lack of communication are simply unacceptable.

The best thing was that there were no surprises, and the end price was less than the initial quote. Ten by ten service.
