I was quite impressed by their positive demeanor and eagerness to help make a stressful situation easier. Because of my positive experience with Lincoln Logistics LLC, I will continue to suggest them to others.

Read More Lincoln Logistics is the moving broker that brokered my long-distance move from Maryland to Florida. They provided me with an initial moving quote that was lower than the 10+ other estimates I received so I went with their company and paid my initial deposit after reading positive reviews on a website specifically for moving companies. The day before my move, I provided them with an updated estimate of items to move and provided them with dimensions as I had a tape measure handy. My quote increased by $1.3K which I didn't mind as this was still lower than the other quotes I received and the initial quote was given without me providing any dimensions. On the day of pick-up, the movers from the company Lincoln Logistics contracted my move to (Fairway Moving LLC) arrived and immediately informed me that my items were not going to fit in the designated space based on my estimate and that I could either leave items and boxes behind or pay for more space. My price jumped up an additional $700 meaning that my total cost was now double the initial estimate I received from Lincoln Logistics upon signing my initial contract. The movers who completed pickup left several scratches and marks throughout my house and did not handle my items with care at all. They also left trash and used tape throughout my house upon leaving and attempted to pressure me into giving them a tip. When my items were delivered to my new home, boxes were torn apart, broken, and had items spilling out of them. Several furniture pieces and boxes were missing, and items that were marked fragile (such as my tv box) clearly were not treated as such, resulting in my TV being completely damaged and rendered unusable. Additionally, many of my items had been disassembled between the original pickup and drop off, but were not delivered with the screws, bolts, and other pieces that would allow me to reassemble them. It is clear to me that Lincoln Logistics does not try to find movers who will take care of your items and only tries to pack as many items from as many moves as possible into the moving trucks they use to prioritize profit. This company will provide you with a lowball estimate to get you locked into a contract with them and pair you with movers who will nickel and dime you for everything. I have moved several times, and this is by far my worst moving experience. Avoid at all costs!

Read More I contracted with this company after speaking with relocation specialist Patrick who quoted a price of 1999 for my grandson’s move from Denver to Nashville I was told that his belongings would be delivered 5-7 days after pick up this all sounded good as a truck rental was nearly the same price. Unfortunately things have gone from bad to worse. First the price went up to 2906. 2 days prior to pick up. Very unhappy about that. Next pickup date was moved. Lastly it is now 5 days after pick up and I’m informed that no driver has been assigned and unable to tell me when the contents will be delivered. This was my first and definitely my last experience with this type move. At the end of the day renting a truck and driving to Nashville would have been a much better choice

Read More I was very disappointed with the moving service. When speaking on the phone with a booking representative, I stated exactly what I had and that I would want it delivered on May 13th. He told me that is doable, quoted me for 286 square feet, and stated that the move would take 3 days so the movers would pick up my stuff on the 10th. When the company called to confirm my move, the woman said the movers were scheduled to pick up my things on the 11th. I told her I scheduled it for the 10th and she told me the company always gives a two day window for pick up. When I told her I was not told that and I would prefer the 10th she said she was going to put me on hold and check, she never came back from hold and no one answered my phone call when I called back. The movers who came on the 11th struggled throughout- pushing my boxes down the stairs, scuffing the walls, and damaged my dresser. When the driver looked at my belongings, he told me I had to pay for more square footage. Once all my belongings were in the truck, I went in and measured the square footage, it was in fact within 286 square feet. However, the driver said square footage calculation includes the empty space. I asked if we could stack my boxes/ plastic bin higher to therefore take up less space. He said no the boxes were too heavy. When the movers arrived on the 15th with my belongings, everything was stacked to the top of their truck. Therefore, it was within the original 286 square feet so I am not sure why I had to pay extra for more square footage. I wish the booking representative was more transparent/ honest with me about the moving timeline/ process. I also with they outsourced more reliable movers. On another note, I did love the two movers who dropped off my belongings on the 15th. They were very kind and efficient. I would hire those two specific men in the future. But unfortunately not use this company.

Read More I had a terrible and painful exp from pickup till delivery which is taking over a month moving from MI to CA. I got a call from ‘Lincoln Logistics llc ‘ & spoke to Patrick. He gave rough estimate of my inventory. As per that, space estimate & price estimate was so little that I accepted it. Few days before the pick up, Jennifer called & took exact details of how many boxes,measurements of each box/furniture & quoted $1800 for 286 cu m. Driver was expected to come on 06/22 but there was a delay & so now driver will come on 06/23.Got further postponed to 06/24 & finally he came 06/25 Morning 3 days late for pickup. When driver from ‘Handle With Care Moving & Transportation LLC ‘ came he failed to explain all details.After loading half of my stuff , he says ‘If you load your TV and mattress, this it will be more & I'll charged more’ After talking to his manager, he said total is 286 + 324 cu is extra. Which conveniently Patrick and Jennifer miscalculated. For further explanation, driver was putting it on Broker company. He said “we are picking company. You need to talk to broker”. When I called Patrick, from 'Lincoln Logistics',he spoke to me for 2 min & he was extremely insensitive & did not listen to me. Whenever I called CS, only Omar Butt answered from loading company saying“shipment is in Chicago warehouse & has not been dispatched yet. It takes 21days to deliver for 2000+ miles”. When called on 15th customer lady said it was dispatched on 12th and&takes 4-9 days to deliver. Called again on 22nd & then lady said “takes 21 Business days to deliver” this was again news to me. I get a call from driver who is from "The moving company” & asks if the streets can accommodate 18 wheel trailer? If it does not then either we get a uhaul, xfer everything & deliver to your place. It will be $1 for every 1 cu OR you get uhaul, we will xfer to uhaul & then you have to get everything on your own.When I expressed my frustration he blamed it on pickup company or broker. “We are only delivery company” Initial quote was $1800 and I ended paying $3900 for the whole process along with my mental health and they had no tracking, no details. All 3 companies just looted and the worst customer service. Very misleading with the process and THE WORST EXPERIENCE This move has cost me my mental health, time and money. Because of them I had to reschedule my flight tickets where I had to pay extra because these people were not professional enough to meet their commitment. The terms and conditions were not explained clearly to me. As in how on earth am I going to know if my new place is going to accommodate an 18 foot wheeler or not? The customer service was nice until they got the job, however went MIA once I paid the money/deposit and were never available to respond to any questions. One rep (Patrick) had the indecency of hanging up my call when called and started playing the auto music when I was explaining my situation. Overall terrible experience and would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Read More Lincoln Logistics LLC, the Broker intentionally misled, lowballed and contracted our move to a business with an F rating with the BBB, that charged us additional fees to complete the transport of our household goods. Lincoln Logistics LLC was the company we initially dealt with. They intentionally misled us, and lowballed my husband and I, took our deposit, got us into an agreement/signed estimate, and when we realized they were not going to provide the services we requested. When we realized we were potentially about to face potential wrongdoing on their part we asked to cancel the agreement and all parties walk away clean, we asked them to just give us our money back and let us go and contract for the services we told them we needed, that they wouldn’t deliver elsewhere. They told us they would cancel, but were keeping our $2,248.91 deposit. They kept reminding us that we agreed to the estimate, however the agreement only mattered for the clauses favorable to them. We realized there was a huge problem, but were at that point trapped. We were ultimately forced to pay the higher price and also have a half-done move, our home was left damaged, and with no indication of when we’d actually receive our items (we ultimately received them on 2 July 2024, instead of 30 June 2024), many things were damaged, as was the property on both ends of the move, and the company they contracted to didn't fully complete the service. We are a military family, they knew this and knew what our needs were, got our money and the sales associate disappeared and left us to deal with a manager who didn't believe anything we said, and wouldn't work with us to avoid what was one of the worst moves we have ever experienced.
