They obviously didn’t take any precautions during storage or transport.

They overcharged me for packing supplies I didn’t ask for. On top of that, they packed my fragile items so poorly that most of them didn’t survive the trip. ... Read More The movers themselves were ok but the estimate we got and the quality assurance was terrible. they significantly underestimated how much truck space would be needed after a video tour of the house. Due to that they left 25% of our stuff and had to send a different truck later adding significant costs and taking no responsibility for the poor estimate on their part. Would avoid

Read More I almost went with Mayzlin for my East Coast to West Coast move, however, in my research, I did not find good information. Tens of dozens personal testimonies found across social media and I found from a former customer and it was confirmed by a former employee that several (if not all) the 5 star reviews are fake - or at least they were up until around a year ago.Countless people had better quotes, including myself. This was the highest quote I received from 8 companies. :) Hope this helps!

Read More If I could give less than one star I would. Sadly using Mayzlin has been an absolutely awful experience. I had interviewed several companies for my cross country move and settled on Mayzlin because their sales rep, Nicolas was lovely and accommodating. Unfortunately everything he told me ended up being a lie. I was lucky enough to escape tragic fires in CA only to be stuck in limbo without my things and no guarantee of when or if I will even see my things again. I was told my belongings would be stored local to my delivery (within the state) but that was not true. I was told scheduling delivery would be easy and take only 7 days, also not true. When I set my delivery time frame I almost did it a week early but Nicolas assured me it was not necessary and my things would arrive within a week. As a single working mom I had family fly in to help me unpack but my things never arrived. Nicolas of course is now nowhere to be found and the customer service reps have been shockingly rude even to go so far as to mock me. The company will not give me ANY timeframe for when I can expect delivery. I somewhat jokingly asked them if it will come within the year and their reply was “the driver will call you.” I paid for premium level everything, a move costing over 12k and my things are nowhere to be found.

This company stole over $10,000 and refused to check warehouse for possible missing items. Lied to my face repeatedly and lied to the BBB. Did not honor its OWN contract. Did not follow company policy stated on its website. Broke irreplaceable items and ‘lost’ over $5,000 of my stuff.Staff would only talk to my husband and male neighbor. Corporate office was unresponsive for over a month-don’t return phone calls or messages.If I could leave negative stars I would. Moving is stressful, use a company that doesn’t add to it or steal your hard earned money. Additional details available on BBB website.

Read More Very upsetting and costly experience dealing with this company. Their lack of good customer service was astounding. The "professional" movers turned out to be people they got off of Craig's list with no moving experience. They also held our stuff hostage when they added thousands onto our bill for the same inventory of items. We ended up paying $23,000 for a move that was supposed to be $18,000. We chose them because they were endorsed by Forbes but when I went back to look at the endorsement, it turns out it was a paid advertisement. Couldn't be more disappointed with the whole experience.

Go to all websites and VERIFY---- VERIFY them!! Dig deep into the reviews!! Also, the page they have for MILITARY moves, The "Solider" they have pictured has a goatee. They couldn't even take the time or give the RESPECT by using a standard picture of a member of the US Armed Forces.

Read More Seriously choose anyone else. They don’t do what they promise even if you have it in writing. The price changes by thousands right before your move when you’re stressed out and are unable to find someone else. They disassemble EVERYTHING and leave you with a bag of screws not knowing what goes to what. They hire random people who answer ads to help unload, not even with the company people. These people don’t care and put stuff in random rooms and scratched out floors. They pack your stuff, unpack it at a warehouse, then repack it to bring it to you. Despite adequate packing out tv was damaged by having to much weight on the screen. Some things didn’t even get wrapped so they broke and the driver just says it’s not his fault they didn’t wrap it. My son’s desk arrive in literal pieces. I confess I did not file claims as I’ve heard you get little to no money and I was so angry I didn’t even want to deal with them anymore. It’s taken me months to get around to this review because I just didn’t want to think about them anymore. Don’t hire these people. U-Haul with the local hired people would do better and much cheaper. Or better yet spend the money on an actual moving company. Now watch. They will post their own reviews to try and get around a bad rating.

This company is a SCUM! Don't repeat my mistake and save yourself time, money and stress. Do NOT recommend at all!!!
