They handled all the packing and unpacking with so much care, efficiency, and professionalism. Every item was wrapped properly, organized, and moved with great attention to detail. They were punctual, friendly, incredibly hardworking, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and easy. Our furniture — including some bulky pieces — was reassembled perfectly, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it.

From setting up the appointment with Joey, I felt at ease. Luis C. and Gerson were very polite and thorough, making sure our belongings were properly wrapped and cared for. $2000 move became a $7000 move

I was told by the compony they could move all my stuff cheeper than I could myself. My special offer $2000 move from Iowa to Maryland that I had to accept right away on t ... Read More I was told by the compony they could move all my stuff cheeper than I could myself. My special offer $2000 move from Iowa to Maryland that I had to accept right away on the phone or lose out on then became a $5000 move two days before the move after sending pictures, seeing that the woman on the phone allotted me only 400 square feet for a two bedroom move, which needed to be increased to 800 square feet. Explaining how they wouldn’t give back my deposit but infant needed me to double it. Then the day of the move with the subcontracter Goodview Moving and Storage, who were originally slotted to come between 10 am and 2 pm eventually came at 9pm, took one look at the room packed and showed pictures of (unchanged) then increased the square footage again to 1200 feet and $7000 dollars. Refusing to move anything until I payed the increased amount and sitting in their truck. They also unlike before where I was able to use my credit card for the deposit, only accepted check, cash, or Zelle. Paying half at loading and the other half unloading. I was scammed in every sense of the word and should have just U-Haul everything myself.

Read More We recently had our second AMAZING local move with Menards Moving & Storage! I cannot say enough about how impressed we were with our moving team including Jorge, Edwin, and Yosbani! They communicated with us extremely well, even before arrival. They were so motivated, strong, careful, and also very speedy, finishing ahead of schedule! Throughout the process I was able to give direction and answer their questions regarding placement of our belongings. We are very grateful for our Good Greek super hero movers!! Thank you so much!
