Read More I had to store our furnishings for a few months while our home was being remodeled. On the day of its final delivery, everything was spotless, safe, and just as we remembered. The storage process was easy, and communication was consistent throughout.

Then two days before my move I had my quality control call. I went over THE SAME STUFF I went over with the guy that did my original quote. Suddenly my move was 2700. And I couldn't get my deposit back because it had to be within 48 hours of getting the quote. Left without any other choice, I continued. I sold off my queen size bed, a black stone grille, coffee table, two end tables, corn hole boards, fishing poles etc. I was left with fewer boxes. Got a call the morning of my move saying the mover would be there between 12 and 4. Called them at 4 and then was told the driver would call me woth a new eta. 30 minutes later I got a call getting my move pushed 2 days later. I told them thats not possible as I would be out of town already. Didn't have a choice though. When they showed up, even though I had less stuff, my move then went up to $3188 Asked if I would be compensated for the move being outside of my specified date range and was told that I would receive a discount on my pick up day. Never did. Then I was told several times that I would receive it at delivery (which was 12 days later) and I still paid full price. My watch box was broken and the driver said he would text me the number to call to put a claim in. Guess what, he never did. Scammers through and through. Not worth the headache AT ALL. These people put me in such a horrible situation and had zero sympathy. Mind you im 25 moving 900 miles. I have no appliances. A small hope chest, and a couch and two tvs were the only large items moved. Either their estimators suck at their jobs or this is exactly what they do to rope you in. Save yourself the trouble and get a box truck.
