Read More This company they will say one thing and then later on another thing will pop up. I called the company and even named each items and on top of that I myself added another 100cubic feet just to be flexible. Then later on when they actually came to pick up my stuff then they decided to increase the double of price from original price. They know that you’re out of time and just taking advantage of your situation! Save your time and energy find other company. Also to this day the company haven’t reach out to me despite called numerous time. They just don’t pick up at all or hang up the phone right way.

Read More Do not use Menards moving. They outsource your move to another company. When the movers arrived (a day and a half late) they said our things were “way too big” and that they would be charging us double what Menards quoted. They were incredibly rude, screamed at each other and raised their voices at me and my fiancée several times. When we called Menards for an explanation they said “Oh yea this happens all the time”. Then change the way you do things! I will never be using this company again.

Read More I have been waiting on my household items for almost 4 weeks and they told me it would be 7-10 days! This is absolutely unacceptable! I still don’t know if I will receive my items next week, it’s starting to get cold where I am and I don’t have any winter clothes and don’t have the money to go buy new clothes that I already have but have yet to receive them! I will never recommend this company for anyone to use.

Read More Menards ********************************************* is GREAT!! If you got less than 595 sq. ft of stuff, need to move across the country in less than two weeks, and $1200 to burn, they DEFINITELY won't cancel on you at the last minute and force you to pay anyway. They DEFINITELY won't try to squeeze you for an extra $500 (on top of the original $1200, of course) for an extra 500 sq. ft. of space that you know you don't need. Nor will they curse at you on the phone when you try to negotiate the price and storage space down for if they do (BUT THEY DEFINITELY WOULDN'T DO SO TO BEGIN WITH). And if you ever left a bad review of them after a negative experience (WHICH YOU DEFINITELY WON'T HAVE), the owner will DEFINITELY not respond to your review calling it fake or that you were wrong for having done business with them (that would just be foolish).

Read More They sold my job so someone else. They lost several of my belongings and what wasn’t lost was broken. This is everything I own. I call their insurance company and it is not real. It doesn’t lead anywhere, it doesn’t have a real name and no one will pick up. They will just take your money and then force you to deal with someone who wants to be paid in cash. Absolutely do not hire them.I am going to have no choice but sue them. It would have been cheaper to throw away everything I own and buy it again new.

Read More Here's my honest opinion on these swindlers: don't squander your money on Menards Moving & Storage! Those movers Smith and Adam were so inept and unethical that they ruined my flat screen TV with their negligent and uncourteous attitude, leaving a huge fat crack in the screen. They also scratched my hardwood dining table and dinged my stainless steel fridge. I was furious at how they treated my possessions. I really stopped them in the midst because I couldn't stand watching them mercilessly destroy my belongings in front of my eyes. I would never want someone to be so wounded by someone, and those movers, Smith and Adam, made my relocation a real cluster f*** from start to finish.

Spend the extra dollar to get a quality mover, communication was horrible once they picked up my things from the origin, waited 4 weeks for my things to arrive, my nights ... Read More Spend the extra dollar to get a quality mover, communication was horrible once they picked up my things from the origin, waited 4 weeks for my things to arrive, my nightstand was broken, boxes were smashed and opened, and they had no way of certifying they brought all of my items. This company is a masked 3PL. Cheap option, but I am not using them again.
