It didn't cost much more and took a lot of the hassle out of what is a very stressful time. The men arrived early and were courteous and professional. We had positive experience, our old flat was loaded up in no time, they even picked up a couch we had in storage on the way to the new flat and started unloading and reassembling early in the morning.
