Read More Very disappointed. I won't use specific names. I provided the necessary information for a move from Idaho to Ohio. The estimate I was provided was very competitive. Then began the nightmare. When the quality control contacted me, he provided a quote that 2 and 1/2 times the first quote. He attempted to offer discounts but after that the quote was still more than double the original quote. I felt the process was similar to bait and switch. What infuriated more is that they charged my Visa another $1400 without authorization. Fortunately they are returning but my initial deposit of $957.98 because it was beyond the 48 hours. This was per contract though I feel that the process violated his business ethics. I cancelled using them because I fell that they could not be trusted.
