When I tried to cancel last week after they tried to triple the quoted price, the manager Parker said they would honor the quote. Today at pickup, the moving foreman tried to charge me double the quoted price. When I refused, he offered a price of $700 over the quote to move half the load. I described the contents of the unit the same way to the salesperson and to the manager who agreed to the quoted price again last week after back and forth.

They even had custom wooden crates for my artwork and mirrors, so I knew those delicate items would be extra safe. They carefully loaded everything up and put it in the storage unit, and then they delivered it to my new place exactly when they said they would.
