We had positive experience, our old flat was loaded up in no time, they even picked up a couch we had in storage on the way to the new flat and started unloading and reassembling early in the morning. When I tried to cancel last week after they tried to triple the quoted price, the manager Parker said they would honor the quote. Today at pickup, the moving foreman tried to charge me double the quoted price. When I refused, he offered a price of $700 over the quote to move half the load. I described the contents of the unit the same way to the salesperson and to the manager who agreed to the quoted price again last week after back and forth.

They used corner guards on the furniture to protect the corners from bumps, and they put down sticky plastic film on the carpets and floors to keep them clean. They even had custom wooden crates for my artwork and mirrors, so I knew those delicate items would be extra safe. To prevent any scratches or dings during the move, they also wrapped foam padding around the railings and door frames.
